    Your next adventure awaits you here at this lovely contemporary home! Its convenient location ensures a fun day of activities is always within reach. Asheville is less than 12 miles away and boasts attractions like museums, live music venues, and scenic parks to traverse. Black Mountain is also nearby, less than five miles from your home away from home. On the subject of gorgeous backdrops, Blue Ridge Parkway sports gorgeous views along its trails and beckons nature lovers. Head over to Grove Park Inn about 18 minutes away for golf, an art gallery, and several restaurants. Biltmore Mansion is a museum offering beautiful gardens and interesting insight into the area's history. Remodeled in 2022, this airy home features luxury vinyl planks, vaulted ceilings, and plenty of natural light with earthy colors that set the tone for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The two bedrooms include comfortable beds, one of which has its own primary bath and laundry facilities. Both rooms also offer large TVs. The chef of your group will love the kitchen with its gorgeous fridge, stainless steel appliances, and farmhouse-style sink. There is plenty of space for additional guests on the sofa bed. You will love the mountain views from the covered front porch while relaxing in rocking chairs. Kids can play safely in the enclosed yard or join your group together around the fire pit for marshmallows and great conversation. Don't forget to explore the area with all its great specialty and antique shops and breweries; from shopping to hiking (a beautiful trail is close by) to live music to dining, you will not get bored. THINGS TO KNOW -Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. -Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. -All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. -Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. -No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. - -All properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.

The house was great. The ceiling fans would not work, then would just come on randomly. Otherwise, no issues at all.

Huge House

Driveway is no lie in the details. It’s STEEP. Customer service is no good. We called on a truck slid off the road half on the driveway to the house and couldn’t reach our house. Nobody contacted us back. We called on no propane for the grill and once again nobody called us back.

It was wonderful one for our books to remember. Great property, great location, and oerfect home away from home. 12min from the casino which we enjoyed as well. Only scary thing was the hills and slopes which we were not use to at all. Highly recommend 10/10

Great getaway in Asheville area!

This place is absolutely wonderful. It has everything we needed and is in such a great location. Close to Asheville and Black Mountain and the entire area has so much to offer. The house is so nice and clean. I was vacationing with my niece from Boston and she said that this was her dream house. It is great for families or couples with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The owners really care- you can tell. We didn’t bring fur babies, but the front yard is perfect if you did as it is fenced in. Loved the house, the area, and our visit!

Great smokey mountain get away!

This is a beautiful home, everything is new and looks great. The area is also great. Good places to eat within a few miles from house. The Blue Ridge Parkway was 10 mins away and was great to get to with the motorcycle. The Biltmore estate was only 15 mins away as well. Great Location to see the area!

Great clean home in Swannanoa

We enjoyed bringing our dog to this lovely home. The fenced yard and dog beds were really helpful. We felt comfortable and we’re able to get to hiking areas and Asheville easily. The home was spotless like a new home and we had all of the amenities we needed to cook some meals when we didn’t go out. Thank you so much for sharing your home! We hope to come back soon!

Cozy, cute, and clean

Inside the house was so nice and the outside the house itself is too but the location of the house was a little off putting but still would recommend because of the cleanliness and appearance inside! We were close to everything we were in town for. Would highly recommend adding Body/full length mirror..we were in town for a wedding and it was hard to get ready. Was a great stay all in all!

Escape to the Smokey Mountains

The Birdie Ridge property is the perfect smokey mountains escape with quiet, beautiful views. The deck that wraps around the house offers many seating options for spending time outdoors. Great location for having a beer and hanging out with friends. Inside the decorations are quirky, unique, and will make you feel like you are in the mountains. The "basement" or bottom floor is a great entertainment space with poker table, pool table, darts, and kitchen area complete with a mini-fridge and wine cooler. There is one bedroom and bathroom on the bottom floor and then the rest of the bedrooms and bathrooms are on the main floor with the kitchen and living area. The drive up the mountain up to birdie ridge is also a lot of fun and exciting! While there is Starlink Wifi available, you can can really disconnect at this property. There is a hot tub and fire pit as well if you are into those things. The owner also setup a grill, because what is the mountains without a bit a of grilling? The nearby towns are great to visit like Bryson City for hiking and rafting, and Sylva for some dining and shopping. Asheville is about an hour away where you can easily spend the day enjoying the eat, breweries, and art scene. You won't regret a getaway at Birdie Ridge!

Relaxing

Very nice place to stay and relax after sight seeing all day. We had local family come over and visit. Our dog loved the fenced in front yard. Neighbors were nice and so was the wildlife.

The Perfect Home Away From Home

The Blue Bamboo Escape is the perfect rental home not too far from the action but far enough to have a quiet peaceful time away from the busy Downtown Asheville areas. The house is clean, comfortable with updated appliances and all the necessary amenities of home. As a family of three, we had more than enough space to stretch out and relax after our day’s adventures. The hosts made wonderful suggestions of things to do locally, including checking out nearby Black Mountain which is a cute nearby town. We absolutely loved our stay, including coffees on the beautiful front porch rocking chairs in the mornings and watching the fireflies at night. We will definitely be back again and would highly recommend this stay to anyone.

Great Location and Property

Fabulous house & location!

This house was in a perfect location in between downtown Asheville & Black Mountain. There is so much to see in the area and many great breweries & restaurants. Very nice quiet neighborhood & we loved sitting on the front porch on the rocking chairs. And the house was extremely clean, which made our stay even more enjoyable! Our pups really liked the fenced in front yard too. We will definitely be back!

Stayed here for 3 months for a travel nurse contract, absolutely loved it!!! Beautifully updated, comfortable beds, enough room for 2 people and 2 dogs! Right in the middle of Asheville and Black Mountain. Cannot recommend this little gem enough!

Relaxing week

The cabin was very nice but in need of upgrades. Read careful, wifi is not provided with property and cell signal is spotty. Had issues with upstairs TV and direct tv not working during stay even after contacting property manager the first day of stay. Had to reset water heater several times. House is nice and spacious, beautiful deck with a nice view.

Great home

The home was very nice and updated. The small park being restored across the street and the enclosed front yard were great for letting the dog walk and play. The location was not far from nearby hiking trails and parks, nor was it a long drive to downtown Asheville. For us, it was exactly what we needed for a great mountain visit!

The best place to stay around Asheville!

This house was amazing! It didn't feel like a RE-ntal it felt like a RE-sort. Everything about the house made it feel like a home away from home. The furniture and beds were comfortable, the Smart TVs were a very nice touch, and the overall general feel of the place was extremely inviting and unique. Close enough to Asheville to be there in 15 minutes, far enough away to really soak in the peace and quiet of the mountains. The bonus was Black Mountain was so close and it a great little town a few minutes away with that mountain-town charm! This is truly the IDEAL house in the IDEAL location! This will be my go-to place to stay on all future trips to this great area. Lastly, the hosts were kind, attentive, and a pleasure to rent from!

Cleanest home ever!!

We stayed at this property for a week. We wanted to see Biltmore and the surrounding areas. We chose this home because it was one level since my 88 year old Mother was with my husband and myself. It was conveniently located to many things. I think this was the cleanest vacation home we’ve ever rented. We will definitely be back it was lovely and totally updated!!

Best Vacation Rental!

Very relaxing stay in this beautifully remodeled home! Great fenced in front yard that our dog loved, and we enjoyed sitting on the rocking chairs on the front porch watching her explore. Very comfy master bed, gorgeous decor and we loved the rainfall shower heads in both bathrooms. Great space for a couple or a family. Bonus space would be great for all, but there were only 3 of us so we spent our time in the main house. Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms, which we really appreciated. Loved the super quiet neighborhood and convenient location to Black Mountain and Asheville. Our favorite rental so far and so we will definitely be returning!

Beautiful home, close to everything Asheville

This home is beautiful when you pull in, but even more so once you walk through the door. Everything you could need for your stay is included, and the home is at most a 20 minute drive from everything Asheville. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch, playing cornhole by the fire, and loved lounging in the game room with ping pong tv. We even had a black bear visitor meander through which was exciting. All in all it was a great visit in a home away from home. We'll be back for sure.

Clean and bright. Great location

We spent 3 days riding our motorcycle around the area. Good acess to hwys and the Blueridge Parkway. House was immaculate inside with everything you could need. Nice comfortable beds
