    Utility Room:
    Guests have use of the utility room which includes a Washing Machine and Tumble dryer! Perfect for longer stays and so guests have their own space for this.

    Step outside to discover large, beautifully maintained gardens, perfect for outdoor dining, children’s play, or simply soaking up the peaceful surroundings. The private driveway accommodates up to three cars, making parking stress-free.

    Situated in Langland, Mumbles, this idyllic spot places you within easy reach of Langland Bay’s stunning coastline, scenic walking trails, and fantastic local restaurants. Mumbles’ charming boutiques, cafés, and traditional pubs are just a short drive away, offering plenty to explore.

    Parking-
    Free parking directly outside the property on the drive. Space for up to 3 cars.

    Check-in/ Check out-
    Check-in time is after 4 pm and check-out time is before 10 am.

    Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys so please be careful with them.

    My property is professionally cleaned. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies.

    My property is managed by Pass the Keys. They provide 24/7 guest support as well as local personal service before and during your stay.

    There will be some complimentary tea/ coffee waiting for you which I am sure will be useful for those arriving after a long journey! Fresh white bedding is provided (hand towel and bath towel per person) as well as miniature travel-sized bottles of shower gel and shampoo. Other items include a washing up sponge, one toilet roll per bathroom and kitchen roll (These are complimentary so do not expect these to be in excess as they are only to start your holiday off as the accommodation is self-catering).

    My property management team will be available 24/7 via email or phone to provide any assistance my guests may need.

    Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned, and professionally cleaned linens and toiletries are guaranteed. 24/7 guest support is also available before and during your stay.

    Catherine & Ainsley our local community-based Pass the Keys® team personally inspect the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard.

    IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

    The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

    Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
