Very nice house! Shared bathroom in basement was very clean. Outdoor porch was very convnient for easy grilling and serving.

Great girls wkend away! The keyless entry worked as designed and the house set up was perfect--so much so that given the weather we were cool chilling at the house instead of venturing out to see the area! We spent time crafting, playing games, catching up, cooking, and hot tubbing! The house was big enough if you wanted space to yourself yet so cozy and comfortable for the four of us to hang out together. The kitchen was much better equipped than your average rental (although a couple tupperware containers for leftovers would be helpful). The furniture was very comfortable and the beds firm but comfy. The hot tub was one of the nicest I've ever used--the cover on it was so easy to open up and close again. We'd definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Deep Lake Delight

Our overall experience with this property was such a delight. The house was very presentable upon arrival. We truly enjoyed the extra amenities such as the hot tub, pool table and the fire pit. The kitchen and outside gas grill made meal preparation pleasurable. The living area was spacious and quite accommodating. It provided us peace of mind to enjoy the multiple activities at the lake. We would certainly entertain returning to the Dragonfly property.

We really enjoyed the place. Went on hikes and rented boats. Enjoyed the fire pit. Definitely a place to return to.

My friends and I had a great stay. Many things to do around the area within 15 minutes of the house. Quiet neighborhood. Great place!

Beautiful House, Great Location

This house is in a great location, secluded from any noise, yet just a few minute drive to bars, restaurants, mini golf, ziplines, you name it. The house is beautiful, and the company that manages the properties are very accomodating. Highly recommend this place.

Amazing home!!

Very secluded on cul de sac and quiet, peaceful. Close to the lake and activities, restaurants. Will definitely come back to Deep Creek!! House had great access, with two bedrooms and one full bath on each floor. Very nice for privacy and separation for kids to play. Loved the guest book, reading of all things to enjoy in the area during our stay. Overall great time! Highly recommend.

Very fun getaway for a small group of friends

Beautiful house, good amenities could’ve used maybe a few less chairs in a couple more couches. Hot tub was kind of small and did not work for the entirety of our trip, but otherwise it was a fantastic rental

Delightful family vacay home

The house is comfortable and roomy. I really liked how open and bright the main floor was, with a choice of upper balconies to relax on. Plenty of kitchen gadgets for cooking as a family. The outdoors amenities (hot tub and fire pit) were lovely. Other than the temporary road closure to 219, the location is convenient to lots of Deep Creek and area activities.

The house is beautiful and located in a very nice area. In the summer time I am sure this house is amazing and all guest would sleep comfortably. This past weekend we stayed unfortunately it was not pleasant for all guest. The main levels where the fireplace is, the kitchen and dining room was nice and warm and everyone enjoyed but when it was time to go to the first level you could feel the temperature difference. The first level was cold the entire stay. There was no heat coming out of the vents. The people had had to sleep on the two separate bedrooms slept with sweatpants and hoodies along with all the bedding. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here in the winter months unless the heating is fixed for the first level. I would also recommend some of the beds to be updated, some of them were super hard and very uncomfortable. Also bring everything you will need for your stay. They provide limited things, so I would suggest pack it all. If not you will be making a trip to the local grocery store.

Fantastic - Would stay again

We loved this property! It had everything we needed and then some! The pool table was actually good quality with good sticks. Every room had a big smart tv with cable. The downstairs “game room” was so comfy and great to relax and I loved how open the upstairs area was. The picture of the hot tub is a little deceiving, it’s actually closer to the house than what it looks. The mud entry room was very convenient for wet days. The property was also nestled on a dead end road and it was very quiet and peaceful. You can see the lake from the house.

fun at the lake

The property is great for families, lots of room, lots of beds and bathrooms for a group and clean. The only problem of concern was the lack of garbage bags and where to put the garbage when we were cleaning up. It was also not clear from the instructions if we were to wash all of the sheets and towels or not. Although we washed all dishes, taking care of the linens as indicated would have been a bit difficult time-wise and we could not do so. We may have misunderstood the information? Otherwise... everyone had a great vacation. Thank you to the owners.

Disappointment at Dragonfly, Gems & Dreams!!!

My three siblings & myself decided to get together for a relaxing & enjoyable sisters trip. We were coming from different states and had not seen each other for nearly a year. Upon arrival we were looking forward to a relaxing & enjoyable experience. However, we unlocked the door and was greeted to filth. We immediately called Railey Vac management office and was told that they WERE AWARE of the horrendously soiled carpet in the lower level and a work order was already put in however, it could not be corrected until after our stay (totally unacceptable). As for the rest of the house it appeared that it had not been cared for as well. Management did send a cleaning crew who stayed for a few hours trying to rectify the problem. They left at approximately 9:00pm. Our 1st day of a three (3) night stay was gone. We tried making the best of a bad situation but because we could not unsee the filth of Dragonfly, Gems & Dreams it was difficult. I have stayed at many vacation rentals and this was my very first unenjoyable experience. The managment company (Railey Vacations) did not remedy this correctly IMO; they failed to realize the gravity of the situation. They did FINALLY agree to a $200 reimbursement which was not enough IMO, especially since they knew of the condition of this property prior to our arrival. I will continue using vacation rentals but no longer through Railey because apparently they think saying "We're sorry to hear of your issues" fixes all.
