“Room did not match the photos accompanying the website viewed while making the reservation. Those photos showed a full size fridge and a toaster. There was only the usual mini-fridge and no toaster. Not a big deal, but still... not exactly honest.
There was a hair stuck to the bathroom sink. A little careless. Maybe the cleaning staff are overworked. Front desk staff were nice, professional, no problem there.”
