    Enjoy a relaxed stay in this light-filled, top-floor two-bedroom apartment, set within a small, beach-house style building of only five apartments, just a three-minute walk from Bondi Beach. The home feels private and peaceful while remaining close to the heart of Bondi, perfect for guests who value ease and comfort. With open-plan living, a private balcony, ducted air-conditioning and thoughtful furnishings throughout, it’s ideal for guests seeking an easy, laid-back coastal getaway.



    The Space:

    Experience the very best of Bondi Beach living in our beautifully styled two-bedroom apartment, just a relaxed 3-minute stroll from the sand and surf.

    The place is all about comfort, simplicity and a genuine Bondi feel.



    Living & Dining

    The open-plan living area is bright and welcoming, with natural light flowing through the space. Settle into the comfortable sofa after a day at the beach, enjoy a movie on the 65” Smart TV, or share meals at the dining table.



    Kitchen

    The modern kitchen is fully equipped for everyday living, with full-sized appliances, generous bench space and everything needed for home cooking or easy holiday meals.



    Bedrooms

    Both bedrooms are comfortable and well set up for a good night’s sleep, with quality bedding, ceiling fans and ducted air-conditioning, perfect for winding down after a day at the beach.



    Balcony

    The private balcony overlooks greenery and neighbouring homes, offering a peaceful spot for a morning coffee or evening wind-down.



    Finished to a high standard and carefully prepared for guest comfort, the apartment offers a true home-away-from-home experience close to the beach.



    Guest Access:

    Guests have access to the entire apartment.

    Please note: the sunroom is locked and not included in guest access



    For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :) For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.



    The Neighborhood:

    Welcome to this little spot on Glenayr Avenue, right in the heart of Bondi Beach. Just steps from the sand and surf at one of the world’s most famous beaches, it’s surrounded by some of the best cafés and restaurants, grab a coffee at Gertrude & Alice or Sappho Books & Wine, enjoy brunch at Harry’s Bondi, or savour a nice meal at Makaveli or if you want a view at North Bondi Fish or Icebergs Dining Room and Bar.



    Bondi is the heartbeat of the neighbourhood. There’s always something happening: surfing, swimming, jogging along the Bondi to Coogee coastal walk, picnicking in Bondi Park, or taking a dip in the legendary Icebergs ocean pool.



    Everything needed is just a short stroll away: boutique shops, fresh groceries, public transport, and more. Bondi blends laid-back beach vibes with city convenience, from casual brunches and yoga sessions to buzzing social spots.



    Getting Around:

    Getting around from our apartment is easy and convenient, whether on foot, by public transport, or driving. Glenayr Avenue is perfectly placed just moments from the beach and Bondi’s main village, so most daily needs are within easy walking distance.



    Frequent buses run along nearby Campbell Parade, Hall Street, and Bondi Road, with direct connections to Bondi Junction, where trains take you straight into Sydney CBD and beyond. The commute to the city usually takes around 30–35 minutes by public transport.



    For drivers, Bondi Road and Old South Head Road provide straightforward routes to the CBD, eastern suburbs, and the airport. Ride-shares, taxis, and bike options are also readily available, and many locals enjoy walking or cycling along the scenic coastal paths.



    With cafés, shops, fitness studios, and the beach all close by, this spot offers a car-optional lifestyle in one of Sydney’s most connected coastal neighbourhoods.



    Other Things to Note:

    Before check-in, all guests are required to complete a security verification process, which includes uploading a valid photo ID and a selfie to confirm booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.



    Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.



    There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.



    Vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit. Fire detectors are sensitive and may be triggered by vapour. Any fire brigade call-out fees resulting from vaping will be charged to the guest. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.



    Interaction with Guests:

    We give guests full privacy but are most welcome to reach out as needed. Simply send a message via the platform you booked. We are also just a phone call away :)
