The apartment is in a fantastic location and the views are amazing! The kitchen is well equipped, the main bed is comfortable, but the mattresses in the second bedroom are quite thin. The WiFi internet is not stable, but as I said, the views are amazing! 5 stars for the views and location, but 1 star for the check in process, and customer service. Firstly, I never received any check in instructions so the night prior to arrival I had to get in touch with HomeComfy to try to get. They gave me the code for the lockbox in the letterbox and that was it. Upon arriving at the accommodation I had to call as we were obviously given no other information therefore wasn’t sure which apartment it was, or how to get into the building. The woman I spoke to was not what you would call helpful and was in fact quite rude, she ended up telling me the wrong code to get in, so I had to call again. We arrived at 3pm, then after 1 hour standing in the hot sun, and assistance from another guest in the apartment complex, we got access. I had requested a late checkout to 12pm which the madecomfy customer service team told me I had to check the day before, which I did and was then cbarged an extra 100! I understand this policy, however it was quite disappointing given that there was no compensation or apology for the lack of information given upon check in and having my elderly mother stand in the hot sun for an hour whilst trying to get information to get access. Great stay, average management.
