    Cremorne is a stunning waterside Sydney suburb situated on the lower north shore. Famous for its remarkably close location to North Sydney and Manly, the suburb is home to a thriving cafe and restaurant scene centred around Military Rd. Cremorne like many other nearby suburbs is known for its gorgeously tree-lined streets and relaxed atmosphere. Dotted with a number of pleasant reserves and parks, take a stroll along Willoughby Creek and get a view of the nearby Willoughby Falls. Though not as well known or lively as its neighbours, Cremorne fits its role as a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.

    You are staying in a friendly and peaceful neighbourhood and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbours. The following strict House Rules apply:
    - No loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am
    - No parties or antisocial behaviour
    - No additional people are to access the property without our prior approval
    - No pets are allowed in the property without approval
    - No smoking is allowed at any times
    - If you break something, please let us know
    - To help protect all floor coverings do not wear any shoes inside the property
    - This property is equipped with an automatic fire alarm system. In the event of an unintentional activation, please be advised that you may be held liable for any associated call-out charges incurred

    Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police.

    IMPORTANT: Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property.

    Finally, when checking out, we kindly ask you for the following:
    - Please leave all beds unmade
    - Please clean up your dishes and put them away

    - To access the property, Enter from the left-hand side pathway there is a lift in front of it. Then take the lift.
    - The keys will be left in a lockbox onsite. We will send you the access code 3 days prior to your arrival.

Insgesamt ist es in Ordnung, aber es müsste dringend gereinigt werden. Die Decken im Kleiderschrank riechen wirklich unangenehm. Das Apartment riecht nach Tabak, und die Fluggesellschaft braucht es nicht, dass es im Apartment so heiß ist.
