'El loft Old Dairy' es un apartamento tipo loft recientemente finalizado diseñado por el galardonado arquitectos MCK. Originalmente el sitio de una granja lechera en la década de 1850, el nuevo diseño incorpora una pared de ladrillo original, formando un telón de fondo para el nuevo diseño.

Cuenta con techos de caoba hermosos y gabinetes y está totalmente enmoquetada. Hay una cocina comedor de planta abierta / / sala de estar con vistas a un parque adyacente. El dormitorio tiene armarios empotrados, una cama king size que puede ser reconfigurado en 2 individuales si es necesario y un baño privado. Hay servicio de lavandería y una cocina completamente funcional, completa con horno, estufa de gas, nevera y lavavajillas. Hay un sistema de calefacción / refrigeración sistema split para mantener el interiour a una temperatura confortable. También tiene TV, DVD, sistema de sonido Bose iphone y wifi gratuito.

Hay aparcamiento gratuito en la calle, sino que se limita a 2 horas de 10 a.m.-6 p.m.. Tenemos algunos permisos para invitados disponibles para aquellos que necesitan un coche mientras se encuentran alojados. Por favor, háganos saber si necesita un pase de invitado ya que habrá un cargo extra por estos pases.

El loft se encuentra junto a Moore Park, a pocos minutos a los famosos restaurantes de Surry Hills y Dank Street. Fox Studios, Parque Centenario y el SCG están a un corto paseo a través de Moore Park. La propiedad se encuentra a 2 kilómetros del centro de la ciudad de Sídney y a solo 10 minutos en coche del aeropuerto.

Va a encontrar el loft un lugar tranquilo para descansar, pero lo suficientemente cerca de todo el entretenimiento de Sydney tiene que ofrecer. Hay numerosos senderos para bicicletas en la zona que te llevan de su puerta a Woolloomoo, la ópera y otras atracciones de Sydney. La estación central se encuentra a 15 minutos a pie a través de las frondosas calles de Surry Hills y las playas están a un corto trayecto en autobús.

Recientemente hemos terminado una piscina que está al lado del Loft. Puede haber algo de ruido proveniente de la piscina los fines de semana cálidos y después de las 3 pm los días de la semana, ya que a nuestros niños les encanta nadar. Siempre nos aseguramos de que esté tranquilo antes de las 9 a.m. y después de las 9 p.m.

Let's start with what knocks this from a 5 to a 4. My wife is a neat freak. She first noticed the crums under the toaster and food scraps in the utensil drawer, couch wasn't cleaned with whatever slips inbetween the cushions and dead bugs behind furniture that can be easily moved and vacuumed. The kitchen needed more furniture. The towels left for us looked like they were washed and left to dry in the machine. The cotton towels had the consistency of sandpaper. After rewashing, the towels were better plush and ready for use. There were a shortage of utensils provided and we needed to hand wash those if the dishwasher wasn't full. This is not a car friendly neighborhood if you intend to have one during your stay, however parking passes were available if you wanted to find a spot to park in the neighborhood. My advice would be to find a parking spot in the neighborhood and leave it there for the entirety of your stay. Sydney is an easy city to get around using public transportation which we did for 2 weeks. Busses, light rail and trains will take you to wherever you want to visit without any long waits. The transit passes were left in the unit and we used them and were able to use refill the fares on them online. This unit is a very comfortable unit (not withstanding the initial impressions I mantion above). This unit is located in a great neighborhood where great coffee shops, restaurants and other essentials are nearby. This unit is a solid 4star and can easily be a 5.

The loft is a beautifully renovated loft with everything you need. Perfect for a city break! Beautiful area with lots of green spaces and trees. Close to restaurants, cafes, Moore Park and the light rail. Easy access to the city. Some noise at night but it is the festive season!

I loved staying at Sarah's place in Surry Hills. Great location near lots of restaurants in a fun lively neighborhood, but away from busy streets so pretty quiet. Nice little park across the street. Well designed, clean lines, very comfortable apartment. I loved Sydney and would definitely stay here again if I can come back.

The apartment was a great base to spend the weekend catching up with friends and seeing the sites of Sydney. The location is fantastic and the apartment had everything we needed. Only suggestions is for some additional lighting as the apartment could be a bit dark at times and a full length mirror would be useful. We also didn’t get a response from the owner until after we had left when we asked if a late check out was a possibility due to an evening flight (we had messaged the week prior to our booking). But all in all we enjoyed our stay.

The property owners (Sarah) were very prompt in providing any assistance we needed, even prior to our visit. We ran into some heavy rain during our stay, and the wind broke their umbrella, bit they were very accommodating, even though we offered to replace. The opal cards they provided for public transport were very useful and downtown (CBD) Sydney was 15 minutes away. Groceries, good bars, bakery and restaurants were all conveniently nearby.

Everything and more You could want from a property . Lovely suburb but a little way out but this is not a problem as there is a cheap and regular bus and tram system that is on the door step.

This flat has everything one needs for a fantastic vacation getaway. The bed is super comfortable and the rain shower is lovely. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need, but there are many excellent restaurants in the area if you don’t want to cook on your vacation. One thing we should mention is that the microwave doesn’t work. Sarah was a very good communicator and check in was a breeze. We will gladly stay here again and again.

This was our second stay in this accommodation and this remains our favourite place to stay in Sydney. Very modern and well presented and in a perfect position for all the great bars and cafes in the Redfern and Surrey Hills area. Close to public transport. Highly recommended.

Compact space perfect for a couple. Comfy bed and loved the heated bathroom floor. Owner of the loft touched base to make sure things were going well; appreciated the availability. Recommend Cafe Kentaro for lunch!

Anything traveling couple that likes to cook and explore using public transportation may ever wish for. Property is spacious, quiet, close to grocery store and several bus stops. There are numerous restaurants nearby. We had breakfast at Little Evie's that was wonderful. Sarah was always available to help and advise. Great stay!

Truly enjoyed staying in the “Old Dairy Loft”. WOnderfully quiet (except at times for the birds!) location in a great neighbourhood. Easy access to touristy areas and lots of eating choices within easy walk. The place is wonderfully kitted out and spotless. Thank you for sharing!
