  • Enjoy the ultimate in harbourside living from this studio apartment in Neutral Bay. Nestled on a quiet and peaceful street, it's footsteps to Neutral Bay Wharf and postcard-perfect Hayes Street Beach. Light-filled throughout, this studio apartment offers all the modern comforts of home. Features include a premium queen-sized bed, a fully-equipped kitchen and modern bathroom.

    It's beautifully styled with a large TV, workspace and ample storage and includes access to a shared laundry.

    We are a company that does a lot of travelling so our best means of contact would be either through the app or please email us and my Team will respond as soon as possible!


    During your stay, you will have the entire apartment to yourself. Please make yourself at home!

    Enjoy an intimate stay with uninterrupted views over Sydney Harbour, just 50 metres from Neutral Bay Wharf. The ideal launchpad for couples wishing to visit and travel around Sydney, you’ll be ideally located right by the water’s edge near Anderson Park and a stone’s throw from Kirribilli and Neutral Bay shopping villages.

    Unwind in a light-filled studio with ample space to make yourself feel right at home, as well as a full kitchen, queen bed, single bed, private bathroom and laundry.
    The space
    Sun-drenched corners, light-washed timber furniture and stylish modern decor fill this studio apartment for three that sits against a backdrop of stunning Sydney harbour views.

    The comfortable living space has a three-person couch and a Samsung TV, and sits near a dining table and an open-plan corner kitchen. Fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils you could need to cook up a storm, make use of an electric cooktop, microwave, oven, fridge and a Nespresso coffee machine — all with a side of sparkling water views.

    Come evening, unwind in a plush queen bed that is framed by bedside tables and ample cupboard space and a single bed; while a pristine bathroom has a shower, vanity, toilet and complimentary toiletries.

    Additional amenities include air conditioning and heating, Wi-Fi, a communal laundry, free parking for one car as well as minimal free street parking.

    HOUSE RULES:
    *Check-in: After 3:00 pm
    *Check-out: Before 10:00 am
    *No smoking
    *No parties nor events
    *No pets allowed
    *Not suitable for children and infants

    ADDITIONAL RULES:
    *As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes.

    *To comply with local regulations, all guests are kindly asked to review and accept our booking Terms and Conditions in the Pre-arrival check-in form. For everyone’s security and peace of mind, we also require a valid ID and card details for a temporary pre-authorisation, which is held as a security deposit for the duration of your stay.

    *This is a no-party property. We do not allow parties/events of any sort. The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is THREE people. If you would like to have day visitors, please reach out to us first for approval.

    *Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.

    *This home is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the apartment, we could issue a $500 fine.

    *This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. We do not allow loitering out the front of the building or in the common areas. Please respect our home and neighbours. We ask for minimal noise in the common areas, especially after 9 pm.

    *STRA Rules - By booking this home you automatically agree to all the STRA terms and conditions that are applicable to guests. You also agree that if you do break any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and no refund of the unused nightly rates will be returned.

    *Check-in/Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in or later check-out, please reach out to us first. Please note, there may be a charge.

    *Changing of Dates Terms & Conditions
    - Requests to change booking dates may only be accommodated if check-in is more than 1 month away.
    - This is subject to approval and we reserve the right to decline any requests.
    - Please note that there may be a surcharge to change the dates.
    - Any changes to bookings are subject to approval and we ask all guests to reach out to us first.

    THINGS TO KNOW:

    *Parking: There are a few parking spots located directly outside the apartment, please note these spaces are not guaranteed as they are shared spaces and it's on a first come first serve basis.

    *Additionally, there is free Street parking on weekend and overnight. Please note parking is limited to 2 hours from 8.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday.

    * We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.

    * Enjoy a seamless stay with our hassle-free airport pick-up and drop-off service, exclusively for guests booked to stay our homes. Contact us for rates and booking details!

Wow - what an amazing apartment!

Beautifully decorated and much bigger than we were expecting, this lovely apartment had everything we could wish for! Amazing views and a gorgeous little beach across the road. The ferry to circular quay literally left from the end of the road. Perfect base for exploring Sydney - would highly recommend.

Lovely location

This apartment is great for access to the city without all the noise & people. The apartment is well equipped, the only thing that let it down was the lack of a lift, especially trying to carry heavy luggage up and down the stairs . We would definately stay here again

Tired and grubby apartment

I stayed at this apartment just over 2 years ago and everything was fine - apart from a light not working. The location is brilliant right near a ferry stop and bus stop. This time was a very different experience. In October the company had squeezed another single bed into the studio apartment making it extremely cramped and meaning I had to edge around the dining table constantly. The apartment definitely isn't set up for three people with just 5 mismatched coat hangers and insufficient plates and cutlery for 3 people. I asked for the bed to be removed and was told it would be and then three days later was told it wouldn't be. There was mould in the bathroom, a light wasn't working, the duvet was stained and revolting, the sofa was stained. A window was wedged open with cardboard and I couldn't close it which was a shame as it was noisy on the road below and windy and rainy when I was there. I reported all of this to the company but was just asked for photos so they could sort it out prior to the next rental! No attempt to sort anything for me! This apartment is expensive - so much so I couldn't afford to stay there over New Year and booked into the Meriton Suites in North Sydney which was cheaper and absolutely fantastic. Extremely disappointing stay and wouldn't stay again.
