We had alot of issues woth the booking process of this property. The site played up during the booking process and it reverted back to booking for two people when we were trying to book for four. After so much time on the phone and even providing proof that the site had created an error not one side ( expedia site or host)took accountability or offered any type of assistance when it came to issue and insisted we pay the full extra person fee which was quite upsetting considering this was a post cancer trip for me and my family. The only nice part about the apartment was the prime location, being at yhe door step to the ferry service and public transport, it made it very convenient to access all the main attractions and YES the view was breathtaking which was an added plus. The apartment was not value for money at all. It was , old , dirty and run down. Our toddler found a packet of pills from the previous guests under the bed, some dirty socks in the corner that weren't ours , torn carpet, stains on the couch , and stains on the dinning chairs. The windows need to be double glazed or sound proof as so much outside noise wakes you up at night. We had a windy night for one of the nights and windows rattle the entire night which kept waking our toddler. For the price you pay you expect a much more cleaner, well maintained and updated unit than what was offered. We honestly wont be staying here again.
