    Guest access
    You will have access to the entire furnished apartment so make yourself at home.

    **Early check in and late check out**

    Available upon request, during your stay. Please contact us and we can organise this for you. Additional costs apply. For long term stays, 28 days and more, a fortnightly linen refresh will be included free of charge.

    **WFH rental service.**
    We bring the office to you. New and exclusive to our valued guests, you can now enjoy the convenience and comfort of a Work From Home set up during your stay. High quality equipment including desk, chair, desktop monitor, keyboard and mouse is now available for hire. Our WFH rental includes delivery and assembling in the comfort of your home. Simply plug in your laptop. Please enquire directly for availability.

    ** Long term stays **
    We accept longer stays. From 21 days, 1 month, 3 months or 6 months plus. Enquire direct to www Furnished Properties com au for discounted and best rates. Or have a look at our other properties that also may interest you.

    Please note the following House Rules before booking:

    1. No smoking.
    There is a strict no smoking policy (including on balconies or terraces). Breaking this rule will incur a $300 fine plus the cost to clean and deodorise the property.

    2. Strict no parties policy.
    No parties are permitted at any time. No unregistered guests are allowed. Any extra overnight visitors must be approved in advance and will have to pay an extra fee as set out in our rates. It is the responsibility of the guest who made the booking to ensure that any visitor/s also complies with our house rules

    3. No pets are allowed.

    4. Children.
    We welcome children of all ages to our property. Please take into consideration steps and balconies in the safety of your children before booking. Please note there are no baby gates or stair barriers and supervision is the responsibility of the parents and/or guardians. Supervision of children around stairs, balconies, roads, driveways and all areas of the property and surrounds are the sole responsibility of accompanying parents/guardians and Furnished Properties accepts no responsibility.

    5. Please minimise noise between 10PM to 7 AM.
    No excessive music or loud noise between 10PM to 7 AM to ensure our neighbours can enjoy a night of undisturbed sleep. The majority of our neighbours live here full time. If any neighbours report excessive noise, your stay could be terminated and you’ll be asked to leave our property. Should this happen, it will result in a loss of the full reservation amount and be liable for any additional call out fees due to complaints.

    6. We provide an initial supply of consumable household supplies and toiletries.

    7. We understand that accidents do happen and kindly request that you report any accidental breakages or damages in writing before checking out. In the event that damage to the property or its contents is not covered by our insurance or it exceeds the security deposit, the cost to repair or replace will be billed to the guests.

    8. Please respect our check-out policy. Departing after the designated check-out time of 10:00 AM incurs a $150 fee. This fee not only covers the additional resources required to accommodate late departures but also helps us maintain our commitment to punctuality and respect for all guests. You will be liable for any associated costs and additional fees incurred from damages, relating to our loss of a subsequent guest reservation or booking alternative accommodations for any part of the time you overstayed. Your cooperation ensures smooth operations and allows us to maintain our high standards of service. Thank you for understanding.

Excellent place

Apartment was great, clean and worm at the winter. Just please note the mould in the shower ceiling area and remove it. It's a health issue.

Lejligheden er ret slidt og der bliver ikke gjort grundigt rent. Lejligheden ligger 3 min gang fra metroen hvilken var super fedt. Der er også dejligt at der er opvaskemaskine, vaskemaskine og tørretumbler. Lejligheden ligger i et lidt skummelt kvarter, så vi blev inde når det var mørkt.

Location is great - close to new Waterloo metro station which makes getting around super easy however, it is on the corner of two very busy streets and down the road from the police station so it can be quite loud with buses and sirens on the road below. The apartment itself is tired and needs a thorough clean and probably a coat of paint and new furniture to liven it up again. The bathroom was ok but again, needs a deep clean to remove all the black spots. The AC was welcome however it did tend to make the entire apartment super dry so be wary of that. Outside of the apartment itself - the property management company did charge their own non-refundable damage waiver fee external to any Expedia charges so be mindful of that. Seems a little disingenuous that it’s not listed anywhere on the listing and is only made clear to the customer after booking. Also - non-refundable and charged in USD just doesn’t sit right with me. All that to say - apartment was ok, experienced dampened by the property management companies tactics.
