Welcome to my Kozy Apartment at Wentworthville.
Wentworthville is in proximity to Olympic Park and Parramatta. My apartment close to Westmead hospital, ANZ Stadium. Parramatta Park is right next door, which is perfect if you have family or special medial reason.
My home fits comfortably up to 6 guests with two generous bedrooms with a double size bed. Standard rental is for 4 people (extra cost request for extra guest and sofa bed linen) My apartment also contains two modern bathrooms, you'll enjoy the high privacy that my apartment has offered.
This superbly finished two-bedroom apartment offers an open-plan living and dining area leading to a sun-drenched balcony with partial city view from the balcony.

(Please confirm with us at least one day before you coming) ※Keep noise down after 9 pm and be respectful of our neighbour. ※Attention Strictly NO PARTY! All complaints would be reported to 24/7 on site manager.

Note: Conditions for rebooking: 1) Rebooking will be subject to availability and a new daily rate. The new daily rate may be different from the original reservation. Guests will pay the rate whichever is higher for the rebooking.

- Check in time is 3 pm, check out time is 10 am. - Please Communicate on Airbnb instead of calling and sending SMS. - Please Keep quiet from 9 pm. - Strictly NO parties, No drugs and excessive drinking, No smoking in the apartment. - Pets are not allowed. - No shoes in the carpet - Do not attach white walls with dirty hand - Do not jump on the bed or sofa - Please enter and leave quietly, we respect our neighbors and want everyone have a comfortable living environment. - Please keep the kitchen and dinning area clean after your cooking or eating. - Please move back the furniture if you moved. - Please Check out on time and make our housekeepers life easier. - Please Do not wipe your makeup with towels, sometimes it ruins the towels permanently. - Extra linen for sofa bed is prepared upon requested at extra $45; Extra linen is prepared upon requested at extra $45; -Please take the property key and fob with you all the time. LOST KEY/ Emergency Key Delivery charges will from AU$350. Emergency locksmith - cost will go for guest PLUS AU$180. -When checking out, please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy manner. - Guests will be expected to cover the cost of any breakages or damage, as well as any additional cleaning beyond a standard clean.
Please be aware that repeat breaches of the building rules may result in the issuance of an administrative fee of $250 for each subsequent offense.
1. Leave and throw rubbish in any common areas. 2. Throw any items from balconies. 3. Violate and disregard the Building Manager's directions and requests. 4. Make noise or behave in a way likely to interfere with other residents’ peaceful enjoyment of their Lot or Common Property. 5. Use language or behave in a manner likely to cause offense or embarrassment to other residents or to any person lawfully using Common Property. 6. Obstruct the lawful use of Common Property by any person. 7. Smoke while on Common Property or allow cigarette smoke to emit from their Lot. 8. Bring, or permit to be brought, a heavy article that might cause structural damage to the building. 9. Damage or deface Common Property. 10. Interfere with personal property vested in the Owners Corporation. 11. Damage any lawn, plant, tree, or garden on Common Property. 12. Use part of a lawn, plant, or garden in Common Property for their purpose. 13. Place, hang on or attach any item of any kind to affect the aesthetics of Common Property. 14. Attach or install a satellite dish to Common Property or a Lot that is visible from outside their Lot. 15. Park or stand a Vehicle on Common Property unless doing so is permitted by the By-laws. 16. Occupier should not park their vehicle other than the designated spot provide for their lot. 17. Use or interfere with any of the essential fire services or fire safety Equipment except in the case of an emergency and must not obstruct fire stairs or fire escapes. 18. Bring shopping trolleys into the building. 19. Interfere with the operation of Equipment installed on Common Property.
