As the apartment is located within a vibrant marina, there may be noise from boating activities and working slipway between 7:30am and 4pm.     The Neighborhood:

    We acknowledge the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, in particular the Wangal people, as the first inhabitants and traditional custodians of the lands where we live, learn and work.



    William Wright, a merchant, whaler and sealer bought land in the northern part of the area in 1853. The property was bounded by present-day Lyons Road and Victoria Road. Drummoyne House was built in the Georgian Classical style. It was rectangular in plan with a hipped roof with a concave verandah across the entire front and returned along each side. He named it Drummoyne Park after his family home at Drummoyne on Clyde in Scotland.



    This Inner Sydney waterfront neighbourhood is all about shopping and harbour-side living. Bordered by Parramatta River and Iron Cove, locals gravitate towards the water’s edge. Although quiet by nature, Drummoyne draws attention to itself for its outlet shopping and its slice of the popular Bay Run.



    With Sydney Harbour as the backdrop, Drummoyne is popular for its foreshore parklands. It’s a neighbourhood that’s surrounded on three sides by the lapping waters of Iron Cove and the Parramatta River, where large family homes and apartments of all shapes and sizes take advantage of the panoramic views.



    Situated only 6 km from Sydney’s CBD, locals can enjoy the popular Bay Run that encircles Iron Cove, taking outdoor enthusiasts through parklands with uninterrupted views of the harbour. When not pounding the pavement, locals cool off in the sun-drenched Drummoyne Swimming Centre that sits beneath the Iron Cove Bridge.

    - As the apartment is located within a vibrant marina, there may be noise from boating activities and working slipway between 7AM and 4PM. We appreciate your understanding and are confident this will not detract from your overall experience. The property has double glazing throughout.

    - There are a few stairs (a total of 6) from the garage leading up to the lounge area.

    - Mandatory fortnightly clean for bookings over 14 days of AUD$365

    - Additional exit clean fee of $365 for bookings of two months or more.

    - AUD$150 accidental lock out fee

    - AUD$150 for lost keys/ fail to return keys as per check out instructions

    - Please ensure the BBQ is cleaned, otherwise a $80 clean fee will apply.

    - During your stay in my listing I require that you are aware of and agree to abide by the NSW Government’s Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry. In abiding with the Code of Conduct.

    - Strictly no pets allowed.

    - Please respect our neighbours in this quiet neighbourhood with no outside dining past 10pm.

    - Strictly no smoking inside apartment, balcony, on common areas of building or directly in front of building.

    - Please respect the neighbours residing within the same building with keeping noise to a minimum after 10pm
