Instructions to get the keys were outdated, we called to get new instructions as the keys weren’t were they were supposed to be and were told to get into the apartment building we had to wait for a food delivery and go in with them luckily we didn’t have to wait long. After flying into Sydney we arrived to a dirty apartment, we had to wipe all surfaces, clean mirrors and glass doors, vacuum, wash the sheets (hair and crumbs in bed), as well as throw away someone else’s socks and underwear in the washing machine. We were offered hours after complaining that someone could come back to clean it or a later check out, which were both of no use to us. After that feedback to the host no financial compensation was offered.
