🚶‍♂️ Please Note:
The apartment is located on Level 1, and while there’s no elevator in the building, access involves walking up a few short flights of stairs. There’s a small set of steps from the ground floor, followed by two moderate staircases. It’s not a difficult climb, but we recommend keeping this in mind when packing or if mobility is a concern.

Your health and safety are our top priorities. We follow a thorough cleaning and disinfection protocol after each guest’s stay.

★ NO SMOKING POLICY ★
Smoking is strictly not allowed inside or outside the property, out of respect for our neighbours and their families.

★ NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ★
Please treat our home with care. We kindly ask guests to avoid hosting parties or events to help maintain a peaceful and respectful environment. Otherwise we may request a AUD$2000 penalty for necessary damages.

★ QUIET HOURS: 10PM – 8AM ★
Please be respectful of neighbors and avoid loud noise during these hours.

★ LINEN POLICY ★
Linen and towels are provided based on the number of guests in your booking. Extra sets are available at $30 per set if requested at least 24 hours before check-in.

★ CLEAN AS YOU GO ★
We take care of the cleaning, but kindly leave the home generally tidy. Cleaning supplies are provided for your convenience.

★ SUSTAINABILITY ★
To help us operate more sustainably, consumable items are supplied in limited quantities for the start of your stay. We kindly ask guests to use them thoughtfully and purchase any additional supplies if needed.
