They charged exorbitant cleaning fee and a resort fee as well. Resort fee for a townhouse? They sent an email that took me to their property management portal instructing how I could park car there. Upon arriving at the property, I was told that there was no parking spot and the email sent out was a mistake that the property manager blamed on Amazon Web Service outage. I was very disappointed that the property manager refused to own this mistake and he refused to cover my parking fees which mind you I was getting 3 kms away. I took screenshots of the parking instructions and shared with Vrbo/Expedia. Sure, the listing does not list parking as an option but then do not send parking instructions to your customers. Eventually, I ended up leaving the property because of the parking mess. I do not recommend this property.
