    You are staying in a friendly and peaceful neighbourhood and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbours. The following strict House Rules apply:

    - No parties or antisocial behaviour
    - No additional people are to access the property without our prior approval
    - No pets are allowed in the property without approval
    - No smoking is allowed at any times

    - To help protect all floor coverings do not wear any shoes inside the property

    Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police.

    IMPORTANT: Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property.

A few non functioning items such as kitchen tap fallen off and broken lamp in the main bedroom. Average cleanliness. Excellent location within 15 mins walk of the Allianz stadium where we were going for our event.

Quiet neighbourhood but...

Quiet neighbourhood, however getting supplies difficult as no shops, cafes in the vicinity. The apartment clean and supplied with great pots and pans, new and aparently hardly ever used by guests. The other supplies like basics: salt, sugar, dishwashing liquid not enough for a long stay. The supply was more like for a serviced hotel apartment not a home stay what I expected from STAYZ. Also the apartment is in an old building, I think about 60 years old with windows that heat up like a furnace in summer and I guess let the cold in winter. It is NOT a criticism of the owners or company who manages the place just a statement. Overall I would give it a 3.5 stars.
