The house is centrally located in Westerland, between the two large pedestrian zones. Size: 2-room apartment approx. 60 m² for up to 4 people. Equipment: The apartment has two fold-out wall beds in the wall unit in the living room (lying area 75x195cm each). A couch set and a dining area complete the furnishings. Two balconies adjoin the living room. From the west balcony you have a clear view of the sea. The south-facing balcony also offers a view of the sea and an interesting view of the pedestrian zone Friedrichstrasse. In the hallway is the kitchenette with a dishwasher and microwave. The bedroom has two separate single beds (90x190). There is a window in the shower room. Please note the regulations for the separate tourist tax of the respective municipality on Sylt. This is calculated separately and is due at the latest on arrival.
