  • A charming apartment located in the heart of Ortigia. The apartment, suitable for 2 people, is on the first floor of a historic building in the heart of Ortigia, just a short walk from the beautiful waterfront. Nearby you’ll find restaurants, bars, and a beautiful cliffside sunbathing area (available starting in July) where you can enjoy the sea....<br><br>The space<br><br>The apartment, located on the first floor, consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a kitchen, and a spacious bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a two-burner stove, pots, pans, and all the utensils you need for cooking. In the bathroom, you’ll find a hair dryer, shampoo, body wash, and hand soap.<br><br>Guest Access<br><br>The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay. I’ll be available to assist with any needs you may have.<br><br>ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS:<br><br>Wi-Fi, air conditioning, 32-inch Smart TV, and hair dryer.<br>Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).<br><br>License number <br>19089017C216137

Great stay

A lovely apartment. Perfect for 2 people. Really well provided for welcome wine and snacks. Great toiletries including toothbrush and toothpaste and very clean.

Nice apartment in the middle of Ortigia (Syrakus)

Very nice apartment in Ortigia (Syracuse). Everything is within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay over New Year's Eve, even though the neighbors were a bit noisy :)

Vineyard isn’t applicable. The apartment was charming, spotlessly clean and Andrea was the perfect host, answering any enquiry I had, immediately. It couldn’t have been better. Wonderful

Very nice stay in Ortigia, the host provided excellent instructions with pictures on how to get there and personally welcomed us. He provided a nice basket of treats and wine to welcome us. The place is well located and easy to get to and from, there is a large exterior door that provides security to his compound but unfortunately it was in process of being repaired which required slamming it loudly to close which is not good for anyone sleeping when others come back late. I am sure it will be fixed soon. The bed and pillows were fantastic. The kitchen/seating area was small so best to go out to sit at all the wonderful restaurants and sea side bars especially at sunset.
