    This two bedroom home nestled in a quiet neighborhood with all the amenities will make you feel right at home. Close to Antelope Island,hiking, skiing, trails, Lagoon Amusement parks, City Parks, entertainment, restaurants, stores, and fishing!
    - 30 minutes from Salt Lake City
    - 65 minutes from Park City
    - 40 to 75 minutes to multiple ski resorts. Snowbasin, Powder Mountain, Nordic Valley, Alta, Brighton, Snowbird, Solitude.

Clean, comfortable and roomy. We enjoyed our stay. One suggestion- maybe a mirror in the other bedroom for when guests are getting ready . Other than that, you have a very nice setup and we were close to the temple, chapel and in-laws house for my niece’s wedding, which made it very convenient.

Great little private bungalow. Everything was like new. The neighborhood was perfect for walking (almost no traffic) with amazing views of the snow-capped mountains. Kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to cook meals for our military kids nearby at Hill AFB. We would stay here again for sure! Thanks for providing a great experience!

It’s a great property. I particularly appreciated that there were no tvs in the bedroom. The kitchen is well stocked with measuring cups and spoons. Good size pans. The property owner was quick to respond to my questions. Would absolutely stay again.

Quiet and comfortable

This is the 2nd time we've stayed here and enjoyed it just as much as the first. The beds are very comfortable and the place is clean. The area and neighborhood is quiet and close to shopping and restaurants. Owners respond quickly and are great to qork with.

Perfect place to stay!

We were visiting family who live nearby and wanted our own space. This guest house was perfect. The location was quiet, the home was immaculate, and Justin checked in with us throughout the week to make sure all our needs were met. We look forward to staying again the next time we’re in the area!

Wedding trip.

This was a fabulous rental. Probably the best that I have ever stayed at. It was very convenient for everything that we wanted to do in the area. Quiet, clean, and extremely well maintained. And even Izzy, the family pet, came for a visit!

Cozy comfortable get away!

Justin was very easy to communicate with! Check in and out was simple! Very nice and clean quick get away! Snowed a lot! We appreciated the walks being shoveled!

I'll definitely stay again

This nice little property is well designed and peaceful. It's clean and in a peaceful neighborhood. I am booking my next stay asap. I hate to say anything different than Awesome! The only caveat is that, in my opinion, it could only sleep 5 adults and an additional small child. Looking forward to my next stay!

Modern Guest House in Syracuse

Oh my! What a great spot! We had been traveling since October 3rd and this was our final stop on October 15th. By the time we arrived we were wiped out and this little gem provided us with a lovely place to refresh before our flight home to Florida on October 17th. Antelope Island is so very close by and made out trip there so very simple and enjoyable. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, and the living room perfect for evening television. The rental was clean, quiet, and a lovely ending to a great retirement trip. Thanks, Justin, for making things so easy and so relaxing.
