Located about 12 km from Syracuse, near the small town of Floridia, we can find the modern villa Lucente, offering a private swimming pool and large garden filled with olive trees. Within 15 minutes drive from the villa you can find the sandy and rocky beaches of Fontante Bianche. The nearest shops, restaurants, bus stop, market, etc. can be found 7km away in Floridia town.

The villa is fully detached and develops over 90 sq.m and one level only. The entrance to the house is found via the large outdoor terrace, directly into the modern kitchen, equipped with table, chairs, fridge, freezer, oven, stove, air conditioning etc. From the kitchen we can reach the living room, furnished with corner sofa.

The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms, both equipped with air conditioning, and another small twin bedroom. There is a bathroom with bathtub inside the house and another bathroom with shower located outside (here we can find the washing machine).

Outside, we have the large covered terrace, equipped with outdoor seating, table and chairs and barbecue. The private swimming pool (10x5m; 1.4m deep; open from April 1 to October 31) is furnished with sun lounges and a small gazebo for shading.
