Serenity Villa can provide you with private parking for your vehicle. And also, wheelchair maneuverability friendly. There are accessible parking spaces close to the entrance of the villa. With, accessible with ramps, and wide doorways. Food and Beverage Stations, Serenity Villa Staff can provide assistance if needed for reaching or serving items.

The Villa is 600 m2 in size, and it has 1 level. 2 private bedrooms each room with ceiling fan and AC units with Safe box with its own bathrooms. Is located on the ground floor, so you won’t have to dread trudging about stairs or uneven surfaces. The Master bedroom downstairs has outdoor patio with outdoor furniture and table for your morning coffee. Very large Bathroom with bathtub and walk in shower. Plenty of cabinet and closet space available. And Mini bar refrigerator for drinks. Both bedrooms, Bathrooms have plenty of amenities that we supply for free, like hair dryer, pool towels, bath towels, bed sheets, shower gel, shampoo and hair conditioner, Bath sponge, Facial tissue and Toilet paper, Hangers. (No Smoking inside bedrooms or inside of the villa).
Smoking is only permitted outdoors. No pets please.

Located on the property, a private swimming pool that is cleaned 2 times a week and with outdoor shower. A very spacious outdoor open living area that can sit 8 people with breakfast bar with stools that can sit 2 persons. 2 fully equipped kitchen with large refrigerator everything you require to cook your own meals, just like home. And I mean everything. Very spacious covered outdoor patio balcony with lighting and a large dining table that can sit 8 persons. Gas barbecue grill to enjoy your outdoor cooking experience with friends or family members.

when it comes to villa rental services and cleanliness, it's essential to ensure that the property meets your standards of hygiene and cleanliness. Serenity Villa Housekeeping Checklist Guidelines to ensure all areas are properly cleaned and sanitized. Your welcome to do a Self-Inspection upon arrival at the serenity villa, do a brief inspection to ensure yourself that the property meets your cleanliness expectations. If you notice any issues, promptly inform the housekeeping service.
After your stay, please provide feedback to the villa housekeeping service about the cleanliness of the property. This helps them maintain high standards and improve if necessary.

The local villagers have pathways made out of concrete. They are about 1.5 meters in width, enough for local farmers to travel short distance from there village and work in the rice fields.
