comments on stay at hacasi room 303
towels were not changed daily; only the first day had free bottled water. the water closet in the comfor room is defective; shower is okay with hot and cold options, but the pipe is leasking; the faucet has defective handle in room 303.

Needs Improvement
There was still traces of the previous guests. Confettis were on the floor. Two candy wrappers on the floor. The worst part was the old towel of the previous guest was not removed (or have overseen) by the housekeeper and still hung at the back of the toilet door.

People should know that to get to the lobby, one must climb two flights of steep stairs. The staff were very helpful, though we didn’t get the room we booked online.

Not enough facilities
The place has no elevator, means you have to struggle with the stairs which is fine if you don't have things to carry but since it's a hotel, they should provide at least one. No wifi. I understand that not all areas in Tacloban has no stable internet connection, but I don't get to connect to their internet in my 5 days of stay. Not even an hour. Internet is a MUST. We're all living in a new era. No bible. As far as I know, all hotels should have a bible and directory in every room. It's a policy. No rack for towel. We're havinghard time finding where to put our towels inside the bathroom if we're going to take a bath, it's inconvenience. Also, when I ask for the housekeeping, they just clean the bathroom and floor, but they did not even replace the soap and toiletries. Good thing I have extra toilet paper. They should take initiative to provide all the needs of the customers. Comfort should be the highest priority. And also, the room is not soundproof. Means you can hear the noise outside the aisle especially if there are kids playing around you have to take your nap or sleep but you can't, coz you know..you just CAN'T. Though the employees are nice. They try to help me carrying my luggage even if they don't have elevator. But still I encourage them to provide one. It's a hotel anyways.

Worst Stay Ever
I booked for a family room with 2 king beds since we are a group of 6 persons (all adults). However, upon arrival the staff gave us only 2 double beds. Anyway, after I complained they offer to send us 2 extra beds. Toilet has no flush, we need to asked for the hotels maintenance personnel to check the toilet. Air conditioning unit were not functioning well, thus we are all sweating inside our room. They offered to lend us 1 electric fan but still of no use, the lady that brought it is kinda rude also. We're all profusing with sweat when we wake up in the morning. I would not recommend this to others that were looking for comfort. There were no toothbrush, they gave us toilet paper when we only asked for it. Nobody assisted us on bringing our bags down...since they only have stairs... Lobby is very hot, they do not open the ceiling fan. Overall stay is uncomfortable and terrible. My first time to encounter this kind of accomodations. NOT RECOMMENDABLE.

繁華街の真ん中
タクロバン市内で買い物をするには最高の場所ですが、その分治安に不安があり3階のフロントへ続く階段に買い物客が沢山座り、たむろしている。 部屋は、デラックスルームを予約したが、1つ下のランクの部屋に案内されたれこの部屋に喫煙場所がありほかの場所では喫煙できない良いと言われ了承した。 しかし、高さ2mの壁があり眺望のないベランダのような所で喫煙を始めたら、取っ手がない閉まらない扉の為、煙が逆流したのか煙感知器が作動し2~3秒おきのアラーム音が鳴り出し、止めることを要望したが、停止できない。部屋を変えることもしてくれず1晩中寝れなかったので次の日は別のホテルに移動した。 タクロバンで宿泊するなら喫煙は諦めたほうが良いと自覚しました。 因みに、私の部屋は眺望なしの道路沿いでない方向の場所でしたが、フロントロビーは、真夏でもエアコンを付けないため窓を全開にしているため夜中でも通行車両の音、話し声、道路工事など、もの凄い騒音がホテル内に響いて当初はアラーム音が分かりませんでした。

Ganska ok rum
Bra nära till restauranger, ganska ok säng. Dåligt- toaletten gick inte att spola, finns inte hiss så vi fick bära våra väskor på egen hand. Det finns inte värd som kunde hjälpa oss med våra bagage. Vatten luktade rostig. Så det blev ingen dusch för oss dock.
