Home needs a lot of TLC. Leaking ceiling and overall shabbiness in the bedrooms. Layout is not as pictured. Lower level king is in a small windowless room instead of in the spacious room by the pool. The backyard was torn up, and the children’s playset in poor condition.We were disturbed by someone walking around the property looking for the owner to move equipment. Insufficient number of bathrooms per bedrooms, but we knew that going into it. heated toilets are very cool, but also very loud. There were three different people or agencies I communicated with, so that was confusing. Door code instructions incorrect. That being said, owner did try to accommodate us. As a whole, not even close to what one would expect when paying 600-700 a night.

So, I can only attach 8 photos but we have more.We were very excited to stay at this property over the weekend and were quickly disappointed with quite a lot hot tub that wouldn’t get warmer than 94 degrees. Set it to 102 and it wasn't hot until before check out.The good:-Beautiful mountain view-The entertainment amenities were nice!-Spacious and had cool amenities such as heated seat toilets, the theater room and speakers in kitchen.-Pool table was nice.The bad:-Pictures on vrbo do not match the room layouts. Should be updated to reflect. Backyard also does not match photos and trash bags on the side of the fence. -We got there and immediately I stepped on a screw on the floor that was, I'm guessing, holding the bottom of the stairs panel to the steps.-Completely uncleaned. Bugs inside the lights. Noticeable nicks and stains on walls and wall trims.-Patch work on the wall that was not painted over.-Vent on main floor missing screw and not connected.-There was what looked like blood on the frame of the bottom level bathroom.- There was what looked like feces on the frame of the toilet room in the master bed.-Shower heads in the master bathroom were both very broken and spewing water.-Pool was dirty! We found fake eye lashes and a corona bottle cap in the poolLuckily, we cleaned the pool out with the extendable net before using it because the cap could cut someone.-Kitchen utensils were melted above the sink only 1 big pot, 2 medium pans not good for 13 people

The home was beautiful - the beds were super comfortable. The kids had a blast in the pool and hot tub - they never wanted to leave. Views were extraordinary. Owner was very prompt with all responses, check in was super easy. thank you for a wonderful stay!

Possible bed bugs

We stayed three days and two nights. On the second day some of us noticed bite marks on their bodies. The last day we were all itchy and covered in bites. We asked the property manager if anyone has had similar complaints and were told no. But said the next stay would be discounted for us. The bite marks were consistent with bed bug bites as well as finding evidence of bed bugs on the mattresses. These are a few photos that were taken.

Remote getaway with spectacular view of Mt.Rainer.

Beautiful spacious home. Located in a remote, peaceful setting with a nice view of the valley and Mt. Rainer in the background. Lots of outdoor activities for kids and adults alike. Highly recommend. Would stay again..

Holiday with Family

We had a wonderful time celebrating the holidays with family at this beautiful home. My teenage grandchildren loved playing basketball, pickleball, and the pool table. The kitchen and dining room were large enough to prepare and host our family meals. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Family Reunion

Our family had a wonderful stay at this house. The grandchildren loved the play structure, the basketball court, and the arcade game. The adults loved the pool table and foosball. There wasn’t enough time to enjoy all the amenities. The house was clean and beautifully decorated for Christmas. If you are planning on cooking, the kitchen is only minimally stocked so plan to keep it simple. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent for Families

Our family stayed at this home for 5nights. It is an excellent property for entertaining the family with a pool table, foose ball table, pickle ball court/basketball court, pool (extra cost) and a hot tub. Amazing to have all these choices. The property manager is very friendly & extremely helpful! We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful family vacation

We stayed here for our annual family get-together, 7 adults and 5 kids. The grandparents arrived 45 minutes before check-in time and met Tom and Phuong while they were finishing up preparations for our arrival. You couldn't meet 2 nicer people, they told us not to worry about being early and let us into the house, which was spotless, while they finished up outside and Phuong walked me through how to use the theater room remotes. We were very fortunate with the weather so made full use of the swimming pool and pickleball court - the kids loved it so much we gave up on plans we had for Lake Tapps and stayed at the house the entire 3 days. The house has 3 floors so in the evenings the adults could be loud on the bottom floor playing pool while the kids slept peacefully on the top floor. We also indulged in a night-time swim and were very grateful for the hot tub afterwards ! All-in-all it was a wonderful family vacation.

Perfect for our extended family vacation

This home was perfect for our "Cousin Camp" vacation with kids ranging from 5 to 12. Plenty of space and so many fun things to do. We had planned to go to the nearby weekend farmers markets and Wild Waves, but we were having so much fun that we ended up not leaving the house! Really appreciated the great communication from the lovely host. We are looking forward to coming back again.

Best getaway within short distances

Our host was very thorough with explanations as far as how to navigate all the systems with outdoor lights, music, hot tub and swimming pool. And he would respond within minutes if we had questions about the property. Thank you, Tom for letting us stay at your piece of heaven within cities and cannot wait to see the Japanese garden once it is finished.

Wonderful getaway for a family reunion

This is a great property with lots of variety of things to do: swim, hot tub, tennis/pickleball, billiards, foosball, or just enjoying the great view from within the house! There were 11 of us, including 3 small children and had a great time, both inside and outside. The owners are very responsive to suggestions and even with a few minor glitches, we would highly recommend this property for a great family weekend.

Amazing Property

My family booked this property as "home base" as we traveled from the East Coast for my daughter's wedding. The home was perfect for our needs! My 9 yr old grandson didn't want to leave. There was always something to do with so many in home amenities. The layout of the home met our needs perfectly and everyone was comfortable. Having the extra kitchen in the basement was a great perk. Communication with Tom & his team was great, he was always quick to answer any questions. As I told Tom, I wish I could just pick up his property and move it to wherever my family travels in the future.....I would 100% choose this home again and again.

Great Pool

Pool was great. Awesome location to venture out into Tacoma or just stay in residence for large family gathering. You can jump on 1 line and be in Seattle in 30 minutes.

It was easy to communicate with the owner. He was very helpful and understanding. Place has calming and beautiful morining view of Mt Rainer too. I highly recommanded this place.
