The place was a total mess. The door to get into the room was hard to open. There was like saw dust by the door. We didn't get the bed we paid for.

Should be condemned!

I used Hotels.com to book a hotel that ended up to be a Howard Johnson in Tacoma Washington. They did not have a bottom floor room so they said I could go to the hotel next door for a room. I did. What a mistake! It had a hole in the roof that let water and debris fall into the bathroom and on towels. The door had been broke in to before and not properly repaired and no second lock for it was broken and not replaced. There were transients everywhere and I felt so unsafe there that I immediately asked for a refund but have not received it yet and they charged my card $186.00 and said $100 of it was a deposit! To this date I have still not received my refund, and I never even stayed there!!!

We didn't stay and were not given a refund because we felt UNSAFE. There were people fighting at the parking lot, the room smelled of cigarettes, the door lock did not appear secure and lastly, there were stains in the room.

It was okay there's people wandering around all times of the night being loud homeless people doing drugs really not the place you want to stay but the rooms are nice and clean

The property is dirty and has bugs crawling up the walls. Bedding isn’t the cleanest. The property definitely doesn’t take pride in having a clean place for customers to stay.

The room was filthy,there was hair that was stuck on our towels,there was holes in tje walls,and the blanket werent washed and had cigarette burns on them..The room didnt have a coffee maker as stated in the room description..Overall just filthy and digusting! There was people doing drugs right oustside of our door the first night and 2 times in the middle of the night had people poinding on our door asking for drugs..DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!

Did not even stay there one night. Unsafe nothing like the pictures horrible area. Homeless people all over the place rooms smelled dirty door locks broken just a bad and unsafe hotel

I liked nothing it was sketchy, the first room Assigned to me has screws drill into the door had to get another room. The bed was horrible then I checked out at 8 am an clerk said she released my $100 deposit but they charged my card an I’m now contesting the charges with my credit card

My room was broken into and all of my personal belongings were stolen. The door was able to be opened by sliding a plastic card along the crack where the door lock is. The staff didn't do anything at all to help me find out who committed the burglary or even fix my door. So it would'nt happen again. In fact they wouldn't even let me change rooms until the following day which was way too late. I stayed awake all night staring at my door scared for my life. On top of that there was a shooting a few doors down from room 119. Which was my assigned room for the 2 whole miserable and horrifying stay at this establishment. And then they didn't refund my 100$ deposit!!! My entire stay should have been refunded and or compensated for the trauma i still suffer at night now, even with me not being there I'm terrified to be alone at night now because of this motel stay from hell!!!!@@
