Thanks for your feedback Michele - as this is a shared space - guests are welcome to make dinner and food in the kitchen and during the timeframe you came in - guests were making dinner and everyone is welcome to use the kitchen HOWEVER cleanliness is TOP priority and we always ensure that the kitchen is thoroughly cleaned after each use - as noted through all my other reviews. Your refund was processed plus extra so you never stayed at the property- Thanks for your opinion and feedback - we will take it into consideration.
