“I have stayed here many times and have been told that the rooms above the sports bar can be loud. I have in the past stayed in them with no issues to report but Thursday trivia mc and microphone was annoying , Karaoke Saturday was a nightmare So advise all to avoid these rooms but not the hotel itself as everything else about this place is great ”

“We has a fabulous few days at Mistiso’s Place. Maria was the perfect host and we enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen, comfortable sitting area and bedroom. Most of all, we appreciated the location; we could walk around town easily and rarely used our car. Thank you!”

“The property is a beautifully restored Victorian house and our room had amenities such as a fridge, coffee maker, hot pot, and robes. There were dishes and a microwave was available in the hall. We stayed in the Cedar room, which had a view of Nelson from up high. Although it has a detached bathroom down the hall, the bathroom is for that room only. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially assisting us to get an early check in because my husband was ill. Highly recommend!”
