“The resort was nice, but the service was just average. Very little eye contact, Front Desk staff spent most of the time on the phone without acknowledging people waiting in front of them. Housekeeping staff was very pleasant! Even what looked like Senior Management walked by without acknowledging anyone. “The Teahupo’o surf break is basically directly out front (off-shore at the reef, of course) but water taxis are right at the shore by the front gate of pension so the location could not be better from that POV.
