The Space:
Have a memorable stay in Tahoe at this sleek 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom townhouse! The home features a two-story layout, perfect for giving everyone the privacy they need for a great night’s sleep upstairs, while still enjoying plenty of room to connect with your group in the open and social downstairs. Kick back and relax on the high-end furnishings while enjoying the state-of-the-art amenities, providing a seamless blend of luxury and modern living for your stay.
When you arrive at the home, there is a large lockable exterior closet, perfect for storing your skis and outdoor gear. You will step through the stylish entryway with a functional built-in bench and storage. Directly to the left of the front door is the beautiful kitchen, a space with all the upgrades a chef could dream of, including high-end appliances such as a Wolf gas cooktop, oven, and custom hood. Inside the fully-equipped kitchen, you will find everything you need to prepare a delicious meal for your group, as well as a comfortable kitchen bar with three bar stools providing a great spot to grab a bite to eat, or for additional seating in the main living space. On the other side of the kitchen you will find the bright living room, outfitted with a leather couch and a leather club chair; the high-end furnishings beckon you to sink in and relax. Large windows fill the room with ample natural light, and a modern gas fireplace brings a warm ambiance to the room, creating an inviting and relaxing atmosphere. Take your movie nights to the next level with the home theater, which boasts a Dolby Atmos surround sound and a 150" projected image! From the living room, you can also step out to the private back deck, a fenced area great for stepping out to take in the fresh mountain air.

For those looking to fully enjoy everything North Lake Tahoe has to offer, you couldn’t choose a better place to stay! Centrally located near the city, beaches, and mountains, whatever type of adventure you are after, this home puts you near it all! Less than three miles from Tahoe City, this home places you a half-mile walk from the beautiful and sandy Bristlecone Beach and Skylandia Beach, both offering amenities such as BBQ areas and walking trails to have a family fun day in the sun. An 8-minute walk puts you at Sugar Pine Cakery; get early and get their famous orange morning buns while they are warm! Or, head down the street where you can access a bike path that can take you for a nice stroll in the woods or all the way down the west shore to the famous Meeks Bay. In the winter months, you are only 15 minutes from Palisades Tahoe ski resorts, 25 minutes from Northstar ski resort, and less than 5 minutes from the Tahoe City Nordic center where you can XC ski and snowshoe. If a little less outdoor adventure is what you're looking for, you are only a few miles from the cute town of Tahoe City where you will find grocery stores, a wide variety of places to eat, cute boutique shops, a movie theater, a beachfront park, farmers market, and live music. This cozy little place has everything you need to enjoy a North Lake Tahoe Vacation!
Getting Around:
Centrally located just off HWY 28 and within walking distance of a public transportation stop, you can get by without having a vehicle if needed. Less than half a mile walk from the home will take you to the public transportation TART stop at HWY 28 at Lake Forest Rd (East End) on the Mainline route which runs along the entire western shore of Lake Tahoe from Tahoma to the north shore at Incline Village. Or make use of being less than three miles from Tahoe City and connect to one of the many bus lines that will take you to locations such as Northstar California Resort or Olympic Valley. The home’s central location provides quick access to the main highway, so you can enjoy the many beautiful surrounding areas within a 25-minute drive or less! In the winter hit the ski slopes at Northstar Ski Resort or Palisades Tahoe Ski Resorts, both less than a 25-minute drive away, or make the short 5-minute drive to the Tahoe City Nordic Center where you can XC ski. In the summertime, you are a short drive, and even within walking distance, to several beaches such as Bristlecone Beach and Skylandia.
Tahoe has many taxi companies, and seasonally UBER and Lyft.
Other Things to Note:
If you are renting this home from November through March, please remember that there may be winter driving conditions, and a 4-wheel drive with all-terrain tires or snow chains for your 2-wheel drive tires might be necessary for safe travel. Even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days, side roads can still be icy and have snow on them. Please also be aware of long travel times and pass closures due to winter weather conditions.
If you are renting this home from April until the first snowfall, there are NO fires allowed in Lake Tahoe.
Please note that grills and outdoor furniture are not available during the months of November to April due to snow.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
Please note, the Family Fun Pool and Quiet Pool are open seasonally, with the Quiet Pool available only in the summer. The sauna is open year-round.
A Note on Shared Amenities: Please keep in mind that these spaces are operated by the HOA. Because of this, they are subject to seasonal availability—common seasonal closures may include April-May and Sept-Nov—and we can't be held responsible for unexpected closures or repairs.
