This is the first negative review I have ever given on a property, and we tried our best to get our issues remedied, but were repeatedly ignored. The property was (falsely) listed as having a BBQ. Therefore, we brought several meals to BBQ. The BBQ was locked with a bike lock, and we could not use it, such that we had to take our food to a friend's unit at the property to cook our dinner each night. When I called (many times) to get the issue addressed, I was put on hold for so long, or no one ever answered, so that I eventually just hung up. No help was provided despite additional (repeated) emails and texts as well. I probably spent 2 hours of my vacation trying to get this addressed (it never was). The property is not well equipped. They did not even provide a bar of soap in any of the bathrooms (just an old, half filled, crusty bottle of hand soap). There is limited kitchen equipment and what is there is very old (the first cutting board we used split in half). The towel rack in the master fell off the wall on use, many lights do not turn on, there were wet/moldy towels hanging in the closet. But the main issue was the abysmal customer service provided by Vacasa. I have now placed 10 phone calls to them (with LONG holds) and my husband placed 1. They kept saying they had opened a ticket and would get back to us but never did. I called again today and still nothing. I will NEVER rent from Vacasa again. Do not rent from Vacasa. They do not care about their customers.
