3. Parking: 2 medium size cars -One in the garage and 1 on the driveway OR 2 large SUVs max on the driveway. **No on-street parking-Cars cannot be sticking into the road at all!
4. Pets are not allowed. The owner has extreme pet allergies.
5. This property is equipped with several surveillance cameras. Below are the locations and views of each:

▸Driveway Camera: Positioned on the exterior of the house above the garage, overseeing the driveway and street.
