“We stayed one night, and the house was okay. It had a fireplace, which we used, but we had to figure out how to operate it after smoke filled the room and we had to air it out. We were later accused of smoking indoors and burning a hole in the carpet, so definitely get insurance if you stay here—he will make a claim.
