“Wonderful beachfront property! Got a nice room with a beach view; unfortunately later needed to move rooms due to air conditioner issue. Ms. Ink at the front desk moved us to a better room! She was so nice and helpful and apologetic for the inconvenience and very accommodating. The nicer room was an added bonus! During the room change, I left a jacket behind, but the housekeeper found it and delivered it to our new room before I noticed it was missing. What fabulous customer service all around....

“Fantástica estancia, sin embargo, pequeña decepción al ver que el bar de la piscina y el de la playa no estaban abiertos al ser temporada baja (agosto), y no estaba indicado en ningún sitio cuando hicimos la reserva! Hotel precioso, limpio, confortable, diferente y muy integrado en el paisaje. Si lo que buscas es lujo asiático y modernidad sin personalidad, este no es tu hotel. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo!”
