“Todo bien ”

“The room was comfortable. Linen and towels in good condition. Kind Staff The only thing that really made me uncomfortable was the fact that they charged my credit card for the deposit, 1 week BEFORE my check in at the hotel It’s the first time this ever happens to me and I don’t understand why Hotels.com allow the to do so. The hotel didn’t have my credit card info, but hotels.como did So… both companies are responsible for this ”

The machine wasn't recognizing our booking numbers and one guest spent most of his time on the phone with customer service trying to help us all out. I was told I was given one room, but then another guest checked into that room. After another call...
