Väldigt bra hotell, mkt. trevlig o hjälpsam personal. Som vanligt paxande av solstolar, men de räcker till alla. Rent och fint överallt. Dock lite lungt på kvällarna inget att göra på hotellet. Jättebra thaistånd runt stranden god mat o billigt fortfarande. Hotellets restaurangpriser som vanligt lite för dyra, man så är det överallt.

Muito bom. Incrível !!!
Hotel incrível, numa localização incrível, na melhor praia da zona de Khaolak (White Sand Beach). Pessoal extremamente amistoso, instalações muito boas, quartos amplos, pequeno almoço muito bom, tudo com muita higiene e qualidade. O toque especial fica a cargo de Mr. Mêt e sua equipa. Um lugar para se sentir no paraíso.

Everything about this hotel is marvellous ,from check in and to check out .suite was very comfortable , with small kitchen which was most useful and fridge The beds are so comfortable with the best linen.This was our 5th visit to this hotel and we look forward to returning .The hotel is located on a beautiful white sandy beach and perfect swimming in the sea .If you want a relaxing beach holiday this is a gem and perfect ,All the employees are so kind & courteous and nothing is too much trouble for them .Reservations gave us the suite we requested which was excellent .The cleaner Nattachet in our suite due to a mistake by myself found an envelope on the floor containing a large amount of money it was not touched this is a testement to the hotel and his personal honesty.The breakfast was very good with lots of choice ,the restaurant also served wonderful meals .i can highly recommend this hotel . .

The Kantary Beach Hotel is quite a 15-20 minute drive north of Khao Lak. As it turned out we were quite happy with that, as Khao Lak is a typical busy tourist town, lacking in any great character. The Hotel did offer regular minibus transfers to and from Khao Lak, on chargeable basis, but we never fealt the need to visit Khao Lak. Instead we spent a few days relaxing by the Hotel pools, and strolling along the beautiful Coconut Beach. We did sample the Hotel restaurant on our first evening, but found it expensive and lacking in atmosphere, compared to what we had experienced elsewhere in Thailand. For others evening dinners we preferred to walk along the beach to a small selection of on the beach local restaurants, where we dined in candlelight as the waves gently rolled in. The local food was delicious and drinks reasonably priced. Our Hotel suite was very spacious and well appointed. Overall a nice place to stay with some good value dining within easy walking distance along the beach.

The villa's were excellent and the perfect size for two people. Very handy for the beach, pools, restaurants etc. Very impressed they were cleaned every day by courteous and friendly staff.

Leider hat uns das Hotel nicht zugesagt. Personal nicht wirklich freundlich. Alle sind entweder gestresst oder wirken genervt. Beim Frühstück gibt es leider nur aufgebrühten Kaffee. Keinen Cappuccino oder ähnliches, wie wir es aus anderen Hotels dieser Preisklasse kennen! Sauberkeit im Zimmer- Naja! Der Couch-Tisch wurde nie sauber gemacht. Hygieneartikel auch nur sporadisch aufgefüllt. Beim verrücken der Couch kam ordentlich viel Schmutz und Dreck hervor. Irgendwie hat das Hotel keinen Charakter.

To relax perfect location if you rent a car
Second time there. Hotel very remote, you need transportation to go anywhere. Beach splendid, nearly empty as usual in Kao Lak and bungalows very confortable. Food and drinks absolutely correct. Is frequented mainly by old people (like myself!)

La struttura è sopravvalutata, in thailandia le stelle le regalano!!! La villa come la chiamano loro è modesta, il personale della reception è lento ed al nostro arrivo non trovavano la nostra prenotazione nonostante fosse prepagata già da 6 ore, ci hanno chiesto di mostrare la mail di expedia ed impostare il telefono in inglese, ovviamente non ho accettato ed ho chiesto di verificare nei loro sistemi. Il personale delle pulizie è puntuale e cortese. La colazione normale, non da 5 stelle, attenzione caffè espresso e cappuccino si pagano a parte. Nei dintorni dell'hotel non c'è nulla quindi se volete cenare in qualche ristorante del vicino villaggio dovete fare circa 8km.

Was only at this location for one night. Great beach, pools, villa was nice with outdoor shower. But.. tried one of their restaurants for dinner, on property and was very disappointed!! I ordered shrimp and it was smelly and I sent it back. Went down the beach a short way to find a fun place for food and drink.

Apartment Style
Great hotel for those who like to be out of the way, nothing much to walk to so 3 nights was enough fo me personally. My apartment 6210 was right up near the entrance so lovely and quiet. Being on end I had extra windows giving extra light. Generous in size plus large balcony. Happy Hour at Otters Bar is very pleasant and good value, great for watching the sunset. Excellent staff too.

Very nice and wonderful breakfast
The hotel was very nice and the breakfast was good. The staff was very hard to understand. It was hot in the (outdoor) restaurant — tip: sit under a fan! We were transferring to a dive boat so did not use the beach or the massage though both look good. The visibility for snorkeling was nil, unfortunately, though there were great tide pools.

Good but could be better
We booked the hotel in the belief it was adults only, sadly discovering when it was too late to cancel that children are allowed. There were quite a lot of children who were ill mannered, lacking table manners, thoroughly spoilt, loud and noisy, with no parental control, so we weren't happy bunnies. The villa was spacious and well equipped, although other furniture was a tad frayed at the edges and the patio furniture needed a good pressure wash. The villa was ideally located being close to the beach and restaurants, it was quiet and very private and we overlooked trees that were full of birds, squirrels, lizards so it was very interesting. The outdoor shower was a bonus. Pool areas were clean and well maintained and the staff pleasant. However, there were notices banning nappy-wearing babies but this wasn't policed. The shuttle bus worked well into town with a charge of 100Bhats each way. The hotel Is a bit isolated with just one restaurant, which is excellent, close by and where we ate most of the time, so a bike or car would be handy, otherwise use the shuttle bus. We had a great 10 days holiday but wouldn't have wanted to stay longer. Smoking throughout the hotel should be introduced.

I would also point out that smoking in enclosed public areas has been illegal in Thailand for about 10 years now. Best price/quality in a great confort
Very peacefull, essentially older people staying there. Price for room and food very competitive. Beach excellent and not a lot of people there. Pity clients stand up at 0600 to block chairs in the shadow for whole day. Only a aggressive briefing about that thematic at check in can make client's behavior more social.

Wonderful hotel on a beautiful beach
Wonderful hotel in a beautiful beach . this was our fourth visit here and we were greeted like old friends and offered a cold drink and towel . We were so pleased to be offered our favourite suite .all the employees we met were always most courteous and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them .This made our stay so pleasant.very comfortable beds with premium bedding and good air conditioning.Frequent shuttle bus to local market and centre of town cost 100baht per person .

Olimme reilun viikon kyseisessä hotellissa. Villa oli tilava mutta vähän epäsiistissä kunnossa. Sähköt katkeilivat lomamme aikana muutamaan otteeseen jolloin ilmastointi huoneessa ei toiminut. Palvelu ja ruoka ravintoloissa oli todella hyvää ja aamiainen oli erittäin riittoisa. Aulan palvelu oli välillä töykeää ja ammattitaidotonta vaikka kyseessä on tämän hintainen hotelli. Altaat ja hiekkaranta aurinkotuoleineen olivat iso plussa!

Kantary Beach Hotel - stedet for avslapning
Om fokus i ferien skal være avslapning og harmoni - er Kantary Beach Hotel Villas & Suites stedet. Høy standard på service, personell, rom/villa, hotellfasiliteter, restaurant - kort sagt høy standard på hele produktet. Hotellet ligger ca 15 min. fra Khao Lak sentrum, så om uteliv/barer er av betydning er kanskje ikke Kantary Beach det beste alternativet. Tips: Hotellets restaurant holder høy standard, både når det gjelder mat og service. Prisene er ok, men ta gjerne turen til en av restaurantene som ligger på stranden (til høyre for hotellet). Fantastisk mat til lave priser og herlig stemning/beliggenhet - absolutt å anbefale. God ferie!

Large hotel complex
It was fine but more like a mass complex as opposed to the boutique beach places. The beach and ocean are good especially with the unique, large tree that are growing right out of the far edge of the beach. When we were there jelly fis were in the water so not a good idea to swim. It is somewhat isolated but breakfast and staff were excellent.

Honeymoon
We absolutely loved this resort for our honeymoon. The staff were so great. We especially loved the restaurant manager. He was the best! The massages on the beach were incredible. The resort itself is so beautiful and quite. Perfect for couples.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit ruhiger Lage!
Wer Entspannung sucht, ist hier richtig! White Sand Beach war der schönste Strand, den wir in Thailand entdecken konnten! Waren 1 Monat lang in Thailand, an 7 verschiedenen Orten. Essen im Hotel war auch immer lecker, hatten zwar nur Frühstück gebucht, und es war immer große Auswahl vom Essen da. Zum Abend haben wir immer draußen in dem Krua Rimtang Restaurant. Sehr leckeres und billiges Essen! Der Restaurant Chef besitzt neben dran auch ein kleines Geschäft, wo wir immer Getränke usw. eingekauft haben. Er fährt auch immer seine Kunden zurück ins Hotel! TOP-Service!

Tolles Beachgotel mit kleinen Abstrichen
Toller Strand, schönes-wenn auch großes - Hotel. Nur die Betten waren zu hart und es lohnt sich, abends in einem der kleinen umliegenden Restaurants zu essen, da uns die Küche nicht überzeugt hat.

Strand hotell med bra läge.
Bra läge vid en fin strand perfekt för långa promenader och sköna bad. Inget för snorkling, för grumligt vatten (inga rev). Nära flera bra strand restauranger. Enda minuset är problemet med att alla blockar solstolar i ottan och sedan inte använder dem.

Toppen för avkopplande semester
Fint hotell med alla bekvämligheter! Stort plus för solstolar. Flera mysiga strandrestauranger i närheten som är öppna även på kvällarna. Fantastisk strand. Enda nackdelen är att det är långt till shopping.

Très joli hôtel loin de la foule!
Nous avons séjourné 7 nuits dans cet hôtel très bien entretenu et avec un personnel souriant et serviable. l'hôtel a un accès direct à l'une des plus belles plages de Khao Lak et dispose de plusieurs piscines. De petits restaurants de plage à gauche permettent de déjeuner ou diner pour quelques euros. Le restaurant de l'hôtel propose de très bons plats également. Un service de bus est disponible pour se rendre au centre ville ou au marché (moins de 15 minutes de bus pour un AR de 200 BHT par personne). Si vous souhaitez vous reposer, le Kantary est pour vous!

Jättefint hotell precis vid stranden White sand beach. Avkopplande miljö både på hotellet och i omgivningen. Härlig och badvänlig sandstrand med små mysiga restauranger. Hotellets service var toppen och personalen otroligt hjälpsam. Vill man ha mer liv och rörelse så har hotellet shuttle bus in till Khao lak och annars enkelt att ta sig dit med taxi. Detta är ett hotell vi gärna skulle återvända till igen.

Great location for a perfect chill holiday. Staff at the hotel are very generous & helpful; a special mention to the restaurant staff & the excellent dining options at the Similan restaurant. The hotel itself is a little dated however it was meticulously kept.

Bekvämt, lugnt och skönt.
Kantary beach är lugnt och stilla, perfekt ställe att vila upp sig på. Bra service, bra mat och frukost. Nära till stranden. Hotellet har en buss som går regelbundet in till marknaden och staden till rimlig kostnad. Sängarna är väl något hårda för en svensk rygg. I stort ett mycket bra ställe.

Hôtel confortable en bord de plage
Les villas de l'hôtel sont très confortables et spacieuses. Lits très larges mais un peu fermes. L'ensemble de l'hôtel est situé au bord d'une des plus belles plages de Khaolak. Restauration de qualité. Personnel très accueillant. Plusieurs restaurants de plage indépendants de l'hôtel pour varier les plaisirs. Venus quelques jours en famille et avec des amis pour fêter Noël, nous sommes tous ravis de notre séjour (choisi par les amis d'ailleurs). A refaire.

Nice place but far from Phuket shops and airport
The room, pool, beach and restaurant are nice. Suggest brining baby food if you have small children. Mosquitoes were common so bring repellent. The hotel is about 2 hours from the airport and main Phuket shop areas so difficult to visit much outside the resort if you have small kids like us.

Beautiful hotel in perfect location.... Just relax
We recently stayed here for 5 nights and immediately fell in love with the place... We opted for the villa which was very clean and comfortable. Right on white sandy beach so was perfect for relaxing. Staff couldn't be any more accommodating and helpful. Went on a couple of trips through the hotel that were well managed and a great experience. Choice and quality of food was great. All in all just perfect.
