Friendly and quirky B&B.The house is old with character and many interesting memorabilia. Had a very good dinner and a pleasant if brief stay. Its just under an hour from Maddison Blue Spring Park, a beautiful and quiet Florida Spring.

Incredibly sweet hostess (Cathy) who truly cares and knows the area well. We stayed in the Safari room and loved all the decor. It came with a large private bath with plenty of fresh towels. Breakfast was served made to order eggs and bacon with delicious coffee and fresh fruit cup. Unique and thoroughly enjoyable experience staying here.

We stayed one night to attend a concert at Opera House. Scotty and Cathy are amazing hosts, great food and a magical house with so many great and unique antiques to see.

We like bed and breakfasts because we usually get to engage with owners and other guests. The owner was lovely, and there was a very good on-site restaurant. We arrived early and had lunch and dinner there. Breakfast was not the gourmet meal others reviewers described because the owner needed surgery, and in fact, we were asked to leave an hour and a half early. Our impression of the interior of the house was that there was so much stuff (so-called "antiques" and memorabilia) that no flat surface existed, none. You bumped into things everywhere you went and had to move five things to put something down. We were only there one night, so we lived out of our suitcases, but I don't know where someone would put their clothes for a longer stay. Although the rooms were clean, all the stuff was dusty. Less is more...

Cathy and Scotty are amazing people and the stay was wonderful. Bed and Breakfast was enjoyable and the food was tasty. Wonderful place to come and hang out for a bit.
