Flat located on the 2nd floor of a residence in the heart of the Port Bourgenay golf course, in the midst of nature and just a stone's throw from the beach. View of the harbour and the sea. Ideal for relaxing holidays with family or friends, with access to the holiday village facilities: golf, tennis, shops and heated communal swimming pool (1st June – 15th September, wristbands provided).

🧽 Exit Instructions – Mandatory

The included cleaning corresponds to a standard service. To guarantee consistent quality for everyone, it is mandatory to:

• Wash and put away the dishes

• Empty the refrigerator

• Take out the bins to the designated locations

• Gather used laundry in the entrance of the accommodation



👉 In the event of non-compliance with these instructions or if thorough cleaning proves necessary, a supplement will be applied. (AirCover or security deposit)
