Review Title: Great Service & Location, But Home Needs RenovationWe’ve stayed in this area before and it remains one of our favorite spots—secure, beautiful, with easy access to the beach club and JW Marriott restaurants. The location can’t be beat, and the team at Five Star was excellent—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.That said, the home itself was a bit of a letdown. While the ocean views were lovely, the property is clearly in need of a renovation. Several doors were missing locks, and we had to rely on deadbolts for security. The kids’ bunk room is completely detached from the main house, requiring children to exit the room and walk outside to access the rest of the home, which we found to be unsafe and inconvenient for families with younger children.Additionally, the pool was dirty upon our arrival and there is a significant amount of construction going on in the surrounding area, which detracts from the otherwise peaceful setting.In summary, the service and location were great, but we wouldn’t return to this particular house until it’s been properly updated.
