  • Direct beach front!! Casa Paquita is a luxurious beach home located in the prestigious community of Playa Langosta / Tamarindo. Experience the epitome of Costa Rican living in your own private Spanish-Mediterranean estate. Just a few minutes walk from the hustle and bustle of Tamarindo with its wonderful restaurants and art galleries, trendy shops and discos, you will enter the motorized gate of Casa Paquita and your own world of luxury, privacy and security. The beach gate by the swimming pools allows direct access to one of Guanacaste's most beautiful beaches. Watch the surf break from the edge of the infinity pool while you sip your favorite drink.

    The classic Spanish-Mediterranean architecture with its hand-painted tile and large covered terrace are the essence of Casa Paquita. You will enjoy the beautifully manicured gardens and romantic balconies with spectacular views and breathtaking sunsets. Your vacation home is located on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world!!!

    Casa Paquita features five en-suite bedrooms in the main house, plus an additional 2 en-suite bedrooms in the Casita. The spiral staircase weaves around a 3 level waterfall that cascades down 2-sides of an open cylinder. The gourmet kitchen, breakfast nook, bar room, living room and front and back patios blend together to create a perfect common area overlooking the infinity edge pool and the Pacific Ocean. The large double infinity edge pool features a children's pool, spa seating with jets, four bar stools, and an easy entrance staircase. This enormous living area is perfect for large groups, family reunions, small intimate weddings or just the best vacation Costa Rica has to offer!

    The main house sleeps 14 people with 3 king beds, 2 sets of bunk beds (sleeps 4) and 2 queens beds.

    The Casita sleeps 4 people with 1 queen bed and 2 double beds.

    House-keeping services are provided 6 days per week There is also a grounds-keeper/pool cleaner on property 6 days per week.

    Full concierge service is included and will arrange airport pickup, car rental and tour reservations, baby sitting and other luxury services.

Our second stay at Casa Paquita and loved it again just as much! New furniture and bed updates were a great addition. The house is perfectly located a few steps from the beach. We loved Lorena the chef and had her cook breakfast and dinner most nights. It was a great stay, and we hope to be back again!

Pictures don’t do this home justice and the people could not be better and more helpful. Small things were missing like hooks in the bathrooms and showers were very weak and Luke warm but it did not affect our trip in the slightest. True Gem !

Casa Paquita exceeded our expectations. The house is beautiful & the location was perfect! It was right on the beach, private and quiet. Lorena and Jonathan took excellent care of our family of ten!We had bedrooms we didn’t even use.We highly recommend this lovely home !

This home was a wonderful group home! Located in a quiet neighborhood with everything you need. The property manager was amazing and so helpful booking transports and tours. The golf carts were a fun way to get to town! The pool and view is super. Loved walking the beach and exploring. A great stay and trip!!

We had a fantastic stay! We were a group of 13 and enjoyed the house and appreciated the location by the beach, the nice pool, Jonathan’s help with logistics, and Loretta’s meals!! This is our second stay at this house and is one of our favorites.

Truly a great place to stay. Comfortable, spacious, great beach access and easy to get to Tamarindo (golf carts recommended). And an added bonus - the staff were all amazing.

We had a fabulous stay. The staff were always helpful, and the meals we had them make were the best food we ate in tamarindo. The sunsets alone were worth the trip!

Kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, including an air fryer and gas stove. There was a coffee pot and filters (Jonathan even gave us a bag of ground coffee!). Beds were very comfortable. Pool/beach towels are provided (and washed daily). Air conditioning worked well. Shampoo, conditioner, soap and blow dryers are all provided. We had 11 people and very much enjoyed the pool. It's very large with lots of places to sit in or around the pool and also spots to enjoy the shade. One day a group of 10-12 monkeys were napping in the trees. Lorena (housekeeper and chef) prepared a delicious birthday meal for our group plus 6 friends who were staying nearby. Everyone loved it! Also we had Lorena prepare guac and pico which were both incredibly delicious. Lorena also makes the beds and provides clean bathroom towels daily. She is very sweet. Lorena also did a load of laundry for us.We loved the location just a few minutes by golfcart into Tamarindo and also a short walk to a few restaurants.

Our host, Daniel was very helpful as well as Johnathan and Lorena our cook was amazing.

Very nice & clean place. Pool is absolutely beautiful and the Monkeys very entertaining to watch in the mornings.

Location is great! Close enough to town and far enough for quietness. The house is really nice but needs repair. From a clogged sink to outside lounge chairs without proper wheels. Lorena was very nice and super kind.

Perfect home, location, view, and staff

We had a terrific time at Casa Paquita. Daniel (concierge) and Lorena( cook and housekeeper) were super. The view was amazing, the location was perfect and the accommodations were great. We will definitely return again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Paquita! The Casa, pool, beach and everything else about this place was wonderful. Jonathan was a great concierge and Leona was an incredible personal chef for our large family of 14 that was staying here. We would come back anytime! Pura Vida!

Amazing house, great staff and incredible stay

I have only great things to say about our stay at this property. The bedrooms, outdoor area and location of the property were even better than advertised. Langosta beach was awesome and the house is almost perfectly located. The concierge (Jonathan) was incredibly helpful during the lead up to our arrival and the chef prepared some great meals! Would highly recommend staying here

Fantastic Girl’s Trip!

Our stay at Cssa Paquita was wonderful! Jonathan was very responsive and helpful with our requests. Lorena and her assistants spoiled us with wonderful breakfasts every day, and 2 delicious dinners. We loved the infinity pool, and we were entertained by the monkeys in the trees. Pura Vida!

60th Birthday celebrations

The house was great (as usual-we stayed here last year). Daniel and Lorraina did everything they could to make the stay enjoyable and they didn't disappoint. The location is great-on the beach and convenient to town. We are looking at staying there again next year. We had 13 adults this year!

The house was beautiful, the location and beach access was convenient and stunning! Jonathan and Roy were very helpful helping us plan our trip and having golf carts delivered. Oscar took excellent care of the pool and gardens and he was a delight to talk with every morning while we were drinking our coffee pool side and taking in the gorgeous sunrise. That was all wonderful but it was Lorina and her assistant Maya that stole the show with their fabulous cooking. One of our party has Celiac and they went out of their way to cook gluten-free and pick up gluten-free options. All in all it was a great trip supported by great people and a beautiful and conveniently located house. Our family of 12 found it hard to leave! Thanks Jonathan and crew.
