¡Bienvenido a Casa di Malia! Ubicado en la hermosa zona de Gold Coast, este condominio se encuentra en una ubicación privilegiada para disfrutar de todo lo que Costa Rica tiene para ofrecer. Este es un elegante condominio de lujo de 2 dormitorios, 2. 5 baños. Ha sido recientemente renovado y diseñado. Ubicado a poca distancia de Playa LANGOSTA y Tamarindo, esta propiedad de lujo será su hogar lejos del hogar. Si viaja con su familia o amigos, este espacioso condominio brinda tranquilidad y paz mientras se encuentra lo suficientemente cerca como para caminar hasta el animado Tamarindo con su colección de tiendas y restaurantes.

Casa di Malia es parte del complejo de nueve unidades Villa Guapinol. El complejo está muy limpio y bien mantenido. Los terrenos comunes incluyen hermosas áreas para sentarse para disfrutar de las muchas aves y monos aulladores que visitan el área. La gran piscina se limpia a diario y es un lugar perfecto para disfrutar del agua si prefiere un día de piscina. La piscina también tiene sombra tanto en la mañana como en la tarde ofreciendo otra forma de refrescarse. Tenemos juguetes para la piscina en el condominio para su uso y disfrute. También hay una gran área de barbacoa disponible para todos los huéspedes ubicada en el área de la piscina.

La cocina espaciosa y bien equipada tiene todo lo que necesita para cocinar algunos de sus platos favoritos con las verduras y frutas frescas disponibles en la feria local (mercado) los sábados. Y si no tiene ganas de cocinar durante las vacaciones, hay muchos restaurantes a pocos pasos del condominio.

La sala de estar abierta es cómoda y tiene capacidad para 6 personas. El mobiliario es de fabricación local y muy cómodo. Creemos que es importante tener todas las comodidades del hogar mientras está fuera, por lo que hay un televisor de pantalla plana disponible para ver sus programas favoritos o disfrutar de Netflix a través del Apple TV provisto. Se proporciona wifi. El salón tiene su propia unidad de aire acondicionado para garantizar la comodidad.

Cada habitación grande está equipada con una cama queen size con la comodidad en mente. Ambas habitaciones tienen su propio baño y armario para que te sientas como en casa. El condominio está equipado con colchones nuevos y ropa de cama de alta calidad para garantizarle un sueño reparador y le permite despertarse con energía para surfear, caminar, practicar yoga u otras actividades que pueda disfrutar. Cada habitación tiene su propia unidad de aire acondicionado con control remoto para establecer la temperatura perfecta. También hay un futón de doble tamaño en una habitación con ropa de cama adicional para acomodar a otro huésped. También se proporciona una caja fuerte.

Hay tantas actividades para disfrutar en Costa Rica que incluyen tirolesa, recorridos en vehículos todo terreno, recorridos en la naturaleza, navegación en catamarán, buceo y esnórquel, y pesca deportiva, por nombrar solo algunos. El yoga está ampliamente disponible y hay muchos lugares fantásticos en la playa. Masajes y tratamientos de spa también están disponibles localmente. Casa di Malia es una fantástica base de operaciones para explorar todo lo que Costa Rica tiene para ofrecer. Se ofrecen muchos tours desde Tamarindo con transporte incluido, por lo que no es necesario un automóvil. También hay muchas opciones para alquilar motos, scooters, bicicletas de pedales o carritos de golf cercanos.

La popular playa de surf de Playa LANGOSTA está a solo 4 minutos a pie del condominio. The property is clean and conviently located within walking distance of Tamarindo but in a quiet neighborhood with beach access and everything you need. There's a private pool area for the complex that the kids really enjoyed. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for 4 nights as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens) and were very happy with the property. It was clean, very spacious, and nicely equipped with everything we needed. Loved that there were beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, boogie boards… everything we could want for a fun day at the beach! It was an easy walk to Tamarindo (about 10-15 minutes) for great restaurants, shopping and night life. The owner, Stewart, and property manager were both very helpful and responsive to any questions. We were really happy with our stay at this property and would gladly rent here again if we come back to beautiful Costa Rica!

This condo was as advertised, clean , well stocked and the location is amazing. I talked to the owner a few times and he replied every time I had a question . Communication was fast and easy. Our washing machine broke down the day we arrived and was replaced a few days later. Would for sure stay there again. Strongly recommend this unit.

We had a great stay here. Comfortable condo with everything we needed. Our group was 4 adults (2 couples) and the place was a very good size for us. Very close to Langosta beach where you can walk down to see the sunsets or enjoy the day. Langosta beach is quieter than Tamarindo beach which is also within walking distance. The pool was clean and well maintained and very nice to have access to in the hot afternoons. About a 15-20 minute walk to the centre of town but easy to navigate. Being so close to Langosta beach was great. The sunsets are unreal.

My friend and I stayed in this condo for 11 nights. The unit has two master bedrooms both with en suite and that made the stay so comfortable. It is a large unit. The kitchen is big and had everything we needed. The air conditioning worked wonderfully (thank goodness)! The wifi was fast and reliable. There were options to watch movies as well as live TV. The condo was very clean. It is about a block and a half from the beach. The Playa Langosta area was quiet and peaceful but it is very close to Tamarindo where it is lively with shops and lots of people. You get the best of both worlds. One thing I will point out is that if a person has any sort of mobility issues they would not want to choose this condo. Both my friend and I can walk just fine; however, the steps to the second floor condo are not safe for anyone who has a knee issue or trouble with ambulation. I was recovering from a knee replacement and my friend has a bad foot so it took some doing getting up and down them. They might also be hazardous for young children. Had it not been for Alvaro, the man who works there, we would not have been able to get our bags up to the room, especially after 16 hours of traveling to get there. Even with that, we loved the condo, never tripped down the stairs and had a great time.

This place was a great option for our family of 4. The condo was comfortable, beautifully decorated and well stocked. We appreciated the use of beach chairs/towels. Restaurants, Playa Longosta, and a small grocery store are a short walk away. We saw Howler Monkeys most days on our walks to the beach. Tamarindo beach access is a little further away but still close enough to walk.

We had great stay at the Langosta Condo. Owner Stewart and property manager Hans were very helpful, and super responsive for any questions we had. We stayed for 5 nights over Christmas and enjoyed it very much. Far enough and close enough to downtown Tamarindo to have access, but no night and traffic noise. We stayed in 2 other places during our stay in Costa Rica, and this one was definitely the best all around stay we had. It had all the appliances, plates and utensils that you would need in a normal kitchen, and a large fridge to hold your food and drinks. The condo is nice and roomy, the AC worked great and the hot water worked fine. Nice little patio sits 2, otherwise the pool area is just below with a larger areas. Our other places did not have a pool, and regret that now, pool areas are awesome in the hot Costa Rica climates. We spent most of our time at the Langosta Beach, which is only down the block. Tamarindo beach is a bit of a walk, or short drive. All in all I would definitely book again at this place, no complaints.

Great location and great place to stay with family alot quieter than tamorindo but close enough you can pop in and out easy. Beach was a quick walk and nice waves. Kids enjoyed seeing the monkeys on our walks to check the waves.

The property was clean accessible in a very quiet and growing community. The unit was clean and was exactly what was pictured. The host was very was accessible and easily accommodated any questions we had. The overall feel of the place was very serene even though the place was in a thriving upcoming neighborhood. We even saw monkeys playing around in front of the house. Very spectacular.

Casa de Malia was a beautiful little gem tucked in a neighborhood very near Playa Langosta. We were a block from a grocery store, a few restaurants and the beach. And the walk to Tamarindo was scenic and took 15 minutes. The beach at Playa Langosta was gorgeous and the sunsets were spectacular. We spent every evening down at the beach watching the sun and never did it disappoint. We loved where we were staying, the people who shared the condos and the gentleman who cared for the grounds. I would highly recommend this rental to a family of 4!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. So many good things…comfortable, clean, condo with everything we needed, close proximity to a beautiful beach and estuary. Lovely pool at the complex. Quiet location but close to restaurants and activities. The turtle tour was fantastic. Also, the kayak estuary tour with Kayak Club. Ask for Ronaldo who was our our wonderful guide. It was perfect!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect for us and our kiddo loved the option of playing in the beautiful pool daily rather than the waves (which, apparently, have too much sand in them for this particular five year-old). We ate in once or twice a day and LOVED ping pong, food, and drinks just around the corner at the Surf Club!

This was a beautiful, immaculate property that served as a welcoming and comfortable home base during our stay in Costa Rica. It's a short walk to Playa Langosta (one of the most gorgeous beaches I've ever seen) and a 20 minute safe walk into Tamarindo. Hans, the property manager, was always available on WhatsApp to answer any questions. We completely enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back to this property again.

It was one of the best properties we’d started air with great owners and staff who are accessible. The location is close enough to all the action but far enough to get away from the noise of Tamarindo. Perfect!!! A great stay in a wonderful Country. We will return!!
