This beautifully designed three-bedroom villa combines warm Costa Rican character with comfortable, refined interiors, making it an ideal stay for families, couples, or friends traveling together. This rental includes access to Langosta Beach Club, which offers, a gym, spa, restaurant and bar, a gorgeous, infinity, pool, facing the beach, shaded daybeds, available upon reservation.

Throughout the villa, rich Costa Rican wood details, wooden-framed glass sliders, quality finishes, and tasteful furnishings create an inviting atmosphere that feels both elegant and relaxed.

The villa comfortably accommodates up to six guests with a flexible bedroom configuration:

* Primary Bedroom: King bed
* Second Bedroom: Queen bed
* Third Bedroom: Two twin beds that can be joined to create a king

This unit is conveniently located on the second floor. The kitchen and dining area are thoughtfully equipped with quality appliances and everything needed for relaxed meals.

Step outside and enjoy the beautiful shared tropical lagoon-style swimming pool, surrounded by lush greenery and designed as a peaceful place to cool off, lounge, and unwind. This building does have an elevator for convieniece. And guests are welcome to enjoy sunsets, or sunrise from the shared rooftop veranda which offers views of the sea-a highlight of this villa!

One of the best features of this villa is its location. Several beach access points are just steps away, putting some of the area’s most beautiful stretches of coastline within easy reach. A wonderful surf location is directly across the street! You are also close to excellent restaurants, a neighborhood supermarket, and a nearby beach club. Playa Langosta offers the quieter, more residential atmosphere many travelers prefer while remaining extremely convenient to Tamarindo.

When you want a little more action, Tamarindo is only about a five-minute golf-cart ride away and is also within walking distance, giving you easy access to its restaurants, cafés, shops, nightlife, and famous beach without having to stay in the middle of the bustle.

Guests have access to a common rooftop space and a common swimming pool.

This rental also includes access to Langosta Beach Club, which offers, a gym, spa, restaurant and bar, a gorgeous, infinity, pool, facing the beach, shaded daybeds, available upon reservation.

- Quiet hours after 8:00 pm.
- No more than the registered # of guests.
- Only listed guests are allowed to stay overnight, past 10:00 pm.
- Please respect check out time. We have recently had guests overstaying the posted check out time affecting the next reservation. In such cases, we will be charging 60% of last night`s rate.
- Please note that there is an additional charge of $40 per towel (bath or pool), $25 per hand towel and/or washcloth and $100 per sheet set for lost, damaged and/or stained items.
- In the case of lost keys guests will be charged $25 for replacement.
