We truly appreciated the host’s kind welcome and responsiveness throughout our stay. Communication was excellent, especially when we initially had trouble with the keypad. The host was quick to respond and worked with us to ensure we were able to gain access by providing a key, which we were very grateful for.That said, we do feel it’s important to share a few concerns from our experience in a constructive way. Unfortunately, we found hair in every shower and in the beds, along with stained bed sheets and towels, which was disappointing. We also encountered a very loud, squealing washing machine that made doing laundry unpleasant. Additionally, undergarments from a previous guest was left behind, which raised concerns about the thoroughness of cleaning prior to our arrival.Overall, the host was kind and attentive, and we hope this feedback is helpful for improving the experience for future guests. With more attention to cleanliness and maintenance, this property could be much more comfortable.
