This is definitely not a 10. I think 7.0 is more likely what this property should receive. First, we checked in and the toilet would not flush. Getting a hold of the owner/property management group was painful. The phone number given is disconnected so you can only contact via chat. You send a message and wait, and wait, and wait. Maintenance should up the following morning. The condo is bare bones. There were two bath towels ( no shower matt or pool towels, or hand towels). I complained via text but the towel issue was never addressed. The furniture is cheap uncomfortable Akea. The bathroom is tiny and the toilet and tub are pealing. The tub / shower is really bad unless you like standing on pealing ceramic.The kitchen is also bare bones (a few forks and spoons, two plates, two bowls, a few glasses and that’s it. No toaster over. This all was a surpriseAs this property was listed as 10/10. I’ve stayed at 15 or 20 VBRO properties over the years and this property was definitely false advertising. On a positive note is the location. It’s in Hyde park and has a decent pool.
