Casa Juliet (and sister studio Casa Romeo) are a gem of a spot to nestle down for a trip to Ybor/surrounding Tampa area. I travel here for classes often and this is always my choice. It is on a mostly quite street(you hear the train every so often but it just turns onto background noise)and the coffee shop below the properties gives a lively and friendly energy to the spot. As a solo female traveler I am always grateful to find a spot that feels safe and a bit "out of sight" and this is perfect for it. The stairs leading up to front door on the side of the building are accessed by a little gate and you'd have to be looking for the entrance spot to know it is there. It is a climb of stairs to the door so if you travel heavy just be prepared to make the climb :) The studios are well appropriated and very chic with decor. I make my own food here no problem. The high windows allow a ton of natural light without feeling like having the curtains open is "exposing". Even though my trips here are "for work" I get excited when I know I have one of these studios on my schedule. Highly recommend !

Great location

My wife and I enjoyed the location, comfort, and amenities. It's a short walk to a vibrant side of town with lots of restaurants, shops, and bars. It's also close to the free trolley that runs to the Tampa River Walk and downtown.It is above a bagel/coffee shop and next to a dog park, so don't plan on sleeping late, but the evenings are quiet.

The place is OK. Make sure to provide garbage bags in the kitchen, during our stay there’s only 1 extra garbage bag we had to buy our own. Also, for safety reasons, please install lights by the stairs. During our late check-in with children, we struggled to locate the property because it was dark and had to contact the after-hours staff, Javier. I was unaware from the email that the property was upstairs, and the dark area made it difficult to see. Adding a light and supplying a few garbage bags would be nice.

Adorable studio apt, very clean, quiet, nicely decorated, and conveniently located to everything. The apartment had everything you would need in a home away from home, a well-stocked Kitchen, comfy bed, and a newer dog park right next-door. The space is over a coffee shop making it very convenient to get coffee in the morning, although a Keurig and coffee pods are also provided. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved the place! The studio was inviting and decorated nicely. It was spacious and perfect for four. It had all the amenities needed for a weekend trip. The fully stocked kitchen was an added plus. You could have a quick snack or enjoy leftovers. If you didn’t want to cook, there is a charming coffee shop downstairs or Ybor City historic Main Street is just a two minute walk away. There is plenty to see and visit there. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again. Thank you 😊

Added to my favorites. Lovely property, everything needed for a nice and quiet get away. The standard and quality is upstanding! Everything works and smells great! This was the first property in Expedia that I would say… home away from home. A I know more people will see this and want to come.. but please maintain the standard. This is RARE. A RARE find… loved it!

10 out of 10. Very responsive hosts, I will definitely come back. Perfect little efficiency with high end appliances, excellent details, very well stocked kitchen & bath. Amazing location being above a little coffee/bagel shop AND tiny dog park adjacent. Off street parking was so easy. Short walk to so many restaurants, bars, shops. Super quiet neighborhood. Total package. Loved my stay.

Walking distance to many restaurants

The studio was exactly as described. Clean and new, over a trendy coffee and bagel shop. Despite the shop being a hot spot, there wasn’t much noise from it. It is adjacent to a well maintained and clean dog park so you do hear dogs barking once in a while, but not a lot and only during the day. The studio was plenty big enough for the two of us plus our doggy. The bed was very comfortable and sturdy. The unit was well equipped with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, including things like bottle openers and scissors. The description said there was a coffee maker but it’s actually a Keurig, which we were not prepared for. We liked having the dog park next door which made it easy for our doggie to have a place to go, plus he made lots of friends. We only had 1 issue with the unit which was the bathroom pocket door. It does not stay closed and there was no latch/locking mechanism on it. We had to stuff a towel under the door to keep it closed. There were also no dog bowls in the unit. We did bring our own but it would be nice to have them on hand for those who forget them so the dogs are not using the bowls intended for people.
