Our stay was extremely disappointing. Upon check-in, the air conditioning control was hanging off the wall and completely non-functional. Despite reaching out for two days, the issue was never fixed. On the last night, the door key code stopped working, leaving my brother-in-law locked out for over two hours. We were forced to book an expensive hotel during Thanksgiving week. Although Prestige Living promised reimbursement, they never followed through despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter.Additionally, my brother-in-law had no access to his belongings or critical medication. We arranged for someone to meet him at 8 AM the next day, but they didn’t show until after 9 AM. Prestige Living, which manages the property, is not local and offered no real assistance—only messaging, and they never answered phone calls. Overall, the lack of responsiveness and failure to address urgent issues made this experience unacceptable.
