The house was super spacious, bright and clean. The deck is amazing. Super peaceful. The TV has every channel you could want, which is great! There was coffee there for us, which is another bonus.Loved the area too and super eash check in.

We had most of what we needed and then some, including a coffee maker, toaster, microwave full size refrigerator and electric stove. If I could suggest some things to add, it would be a pitcher and some more cereal size bowls.

Great view of river in a very nice neighborhood. Loved watching the boats go by as we ate our breakfast on the umbrella table located on our deck. Home very updated, spacious and comfy. We plan to stay again!

I haven’t loved a vacation rental this much in a long time. It’s aesthetically beautiful in design and its location is superb. Being home was a pleasure with the river and the tropical foliage all around. Coffee on the deck in the mornings was a great way to start the day. And sunsets were a real bonus! Going out was easy due to the proximity to the interstate and the ease of the surface streets. Full-sized appliances were practically brand new, and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. The furniture was comfy and everything just worked well and felt like a home. I ended up staying an extra night just for the peaceful environment. I highly recommend this property and hope to stay there again sometime in the future.

Off the beaten path

Extremely clean in a neighborhood overlooking river. Saw dolphin and it was close to the zoo. Firm mattress yet overall place was comfortable.

I had a fantastic experience staying here! The host was super responsive and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The place was absolutely spotless and clearly well cared for. I especially loved the view of the river—it was peaceful and beautiful, a great spot to relax.The location was perfect—just the right distance from both the Hard Rock Casino and Raymond James Stadium, which made it ideal for attending events. I couldn’t have asked for a better spot, and I’m already looking forward to staying here again for future trips!Let me know if you want to tailor it for a shorter or more casual tone!

We’ve stayed at Ed & Marianne’s several times over the past four years while our daughter attended U Tampa. It’s quiet, clean, comfortable and convenient. They are great hosts. It’s was a great find!

Great little gem of a place

My husband & I came to Tampa from Canada for a rock concert. This place was a fantastic oasis to relax in between exploring the area. Great location. Comfortable bed and lovely recliner couch . Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Easy communication with the host. Our favorite thing to do was relax on the deck in the evening and enjoy the view of the river and listen to the bird sounds. Would definitely recommend this place.
