The hotel is located between the baseball stadium and the grand outlet mall. Both are within walking distance and easy to get to. The service is top notch in terms of the building, staff, rooms, and food. There are more affordable hotels nearby, but this hotel is well worth choosing. I highly recommend this hotel.

One comment, I highly recommend CP Hotel to change all LEDs to 3000k color temperature to create a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The overall lightings in the hotel is way too cold, especially in the rooms and lobby resting areas.

Clean & modern interior of room & bath. Wide variety and high quality breakfast. Shuttle from/to the THSR Taoyuan station is good though, would expect to widen their service hour for late arrival & early deparpure from/to TPE airport. Reception staffs & shuttle driver are friendly and helpful. As the nearest convenience store is 6 - 7 minutes walk, it'll be great if there is a small kiosk at the lobby.

I stayed at the CP hotel for about a week and the Hotel was really accommodating to needs/requests. Hotel staff was nice, polite, and receptive. Area surrounding the hotel is quiet and has walkable locations from hotel point.

It is new and clean, there is a shuttle bus to the Taoyuan HSR station, the timing is from 8.30am to 11.30am and 1.30pm to 4.30pm, you have to tell the front desk in advance. It is in a quiet residential area and is surrounded by many unfinished condominiums. There are not many activities around the property. The roads around the property are very quiet and a bit dark at night.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. The shuttle to the HSR station was a plus and the driver was friendly and kind. It would be even better if they can expand the timing for the shuttle in the future.

If you are on a layover from the US , take time and stay here close enough to the airport by taxi! This hotel has outstanding customer service, we were welcomed right away and great customer service check in, they gave the kids welcome gifts, the buffet is great and taste is amazing and so much to choose from, this property is so clean and welcome, the staff here has excellent customer service! We will recommend and refer people to this hotel! We will be back for sure!! Quiet, very clean and comfortable hotel! Thank you to the staff for making us feel so welcome!!!

I wished we stayed longer than 1 night before our departure. The overall design is of a cool color scheme, the bed is softer than most other hotels we experienced, and the room is nicely design and clean. We walked around to find many mom and pop stores, small cafes, and nice restaurants. Wow, but the restaurant inside the hotel is impressive. At first sight, interior of the restaurant on the first floor is more suitable as breakfast buffet, which we also had a chance to try and like the choices. But the dinner dishes are wonderfully prepared. The lamb chops are moist, flavorful, risotto is cooked Al Dente, and the pesto is so delicious. Mashed potato in the skillet is crispy outside, soft and creamy inside. Definitely coming back next time when we come to visit!

We stayed here one night prior to leaving Taiwan. Excellent service from front staff Eva, Daniel and Louise. Rooms were modern, very clean and provided excellent amenities. Breakfast selection had amazing food choices. Free shuttle to Taoyuan High Speed Rail Station which is conveniently located next to Gloria outlet Mall. Also about a 15 min car ride to Taoyuan International Airport. Would definitely stay here again!

飯店十分新淨、整潔度十分高、房間光線充足而且空間也足夠（但沒有浴缸的），床也算舒適；因我們第二天是早機，而酒店職員也有主動提出可幫忙外帶，早餐份人量十分足夠，而且十大美味！還有一讚是飯店有提供免費接送到高鐵站的服務（七人車），十分舒適及方便! 下次再有機會一定會再次入住。

CP Hotel is wonderful and the hidden gem is their breakfast buffet, which is already wonderful for adult guests, but kids seemed to enjoy it very much as well.

We stayed at CP hotel one night before leaving Taipei. The staff at the reception desk were very helpful and provided excellent service, specially Eva, Daniel and Louise. Buffet breakfast was very good with lots of variety of foods. The hotel provided free shuttles to HSR Taoyuan Station which was right beside Gloria Outlets. The hotel is clean, modern and a great place to stay near the TPE airport. It would have been perfect if they provided airport transportation, but there are plenty of Ubers and taxis. Would definitely stay here again
