The best thing about this hotel is its proximity to Taoyuan Int'l Airport. The location makes it very convenient for quick layovers. However, the cleanliness of the room leaves a lot to be desired. The room itself smelled very musty, the carpet felt gross (thank God they provided disposable slippers) and there was black mold in the bathroom, especially in the grout around the sink. Thank god we were only there for a quick overnight stay. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and efficient, and breakfast starts at 6:30 AM, which is great for early morning flights.

The hotel is next to the highway and has no sidewalk around the property. It’s quite inconvenient if one wants to go out to eat or go to a mini mart buying something.

Conveniently located, a 10 minutes/$5 ride from the airport. Wish they had free shuttle as most airport hotels usually have. Also, we arrived late (09:30PM), and there was no way to get any decent food, no restaurant opened, no room service. Just some vending machines with junk food. Bedroom was spacious with two king beds, and bathroom huge with a soaking tub inside a huge walking shower. Breakfast was included and had all kind of Asian dishes but also the possibility to get eggs the way you like them, and pancakes. It has an outside swimming pool we didn't have time to enjoy. Despite from being really close to the airport and highway, it's been pretty quiet

桃園空港から近いので、午前中に出発なら利用した方が楽です。 翌日のタクシーの手配もしっかりしてくれました。 ただ、周辺にコンビニも何もないので不便です

The breakfast dishes/pots were not refilled quickly enough. I stood there, with my plate and staring at the four empty options of hot dishes. Even after inquiry, there were no signs of prompt refilling. Too embarrassing to wait any longer, I had to find a table to sit down, finish my plate with only a few cold dishes and then go check one more time.

As a transit hotel it meets minimum standard. However, staff members do not want to guide public transport in spite MRT station is just nearby. It seems they are related with taxi companies.

桃園からの早朝便のため利用。とにかくお部屋が寒いです。暖房に切り替えても効きませんでした。洗面はウォシュレットはありませんが、シャワーの勢いもよく、寝るだけの宿泊なので問題ないです。建物の古さは感じますが、スタッフの対応も素晴らしいです。

The the staff were fantastic very helpful and friendly, interior of the property was nice the food in the buffet/restaurant was very good. Downside- there was no heater in the whole hotel and the weather was very cold when we stayed there. They did offer extra blankets in case we needed them.
