The house is spread across the ground floor and first floor.



The ground floor features a lovely terrace overlooking the pool, a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom.



The first floor also has a kitchen and living room, as well as two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Via a staircase, you can access another bedroom in the attic, which is a perfect sleeping spot for children.



Babies can sleep for free in an available baby cot, and a high chair is also available.



Guests have access to a villa with four bedrooms, two living rooms, two kitchens, three bathrooms and a garden with a grill and pool.



Guests have absolute privacy. If help is needed during their stay, they can contact the owner at any time.



Rosini (Nova Vas) is a small place, approximately 6 kilometres from Poreč, the largest nearby city. It offers peace and tranquillity and is still just a few minutes by car from everything you need.

A grocery store is about 3 km from the house, as is the nearest restaurant. The nearest beach is only 10 minutes by car (4 km).
