We had never been to Costa Rica before so we didn’t know quite what to expect. Take the transportation from the airport. Once we got to the house, it was fabulous. The house is clean, and the staff are second to none. Every meal prepared for us was absolutely delicious. The views are spectacular and we very much enjoyed the infinity pool and the hot tub. The concierge service booked our excursions and arranged for transportation to pick us up at the house. We had 9 people in our group and created many beautiful memories for years to come. We very much hope to be able to come again and would definitely stay here again.

We had such a wonderful experience at this home. The house was stunning and views were spectacular. The house staff, Carlos, Gina and Tatiana, were so welcoming and friendly throughout our time there. Their home-cooked meals were delicious, and they were very mindful of food allergies. The home was very clean and spacious along with multiple balconies for enjoying the sunsets. Our two families were so grateful we chose this location where we really felt like home. Communication prior to and during our trip was also fantastic, and assistance with coordinating transportation, excursions, and meals helped make our trip feel so carefree and relaxed.

Everything was wonderful. The pool, hot tub, beds were all great. And what makes this property unique is the sweet family that cooks/cleans every day. The meals were delicious and we were able to be on full vacation mode during our stay. We look forward to coming back again!

We could not have picked a better house to stay for our company trip! We had the most amazing time! The house was absolutely AMAZING!!! The views were spectacular day & night!!! The bedrooms were so amazing and so much room for all of us to spread out. All the amenities were awesome!The concierge service was so awesome and took care of all our adventures. We did not have to worry about anything, we just had to have ourselves ready for pick up!The pool and spa were awesome with amazing views while enjoying the water!The wildlife at the house was so awesome!!! Macaws every morning were right there at the pool eating the almonds out of the tree. The highlight was the monkeys!! We fed them out of our hands every evening before sunset. It was incredible!I cannot say enough about Carlos, Gina and Tatiana!!! They took such great care of us all! They are so kind, attentive and awesome!!! They were a definite highlight to our trip!! We LOVED them!!!!I highly recommend Casa Bella Vista! It was the BEST!!!!!

Oh my goodness, what a wonderful experience!!! 5 ladies shared this property and didn't want to leave! Carlos, Gina and Tatiana were like family and we didn't want for anything!!! The house is AMAZING! Beautiful views from all angles. Hot tub, pool, seeing macaws fly overhead and meeting a family of monkeys up close ... while on the property was incredible! We really hope we can come back here because we miss it so much! The only thing to be aware of is from the entrance of the resort/development to the home is about 20 minutes of bumpy / windy roads. We decided to not have a car of any type due to the challenging driving, but that was no problem! We hired a driver for the day we wanted to explore the beach and Jaco and it was reasonable. We felt SAFE and PAMPERED the entire time! They arranged tours, transportation, food ... anything we desired. It was wonderful learning about the PURA VIDA way of life. It was a 10 out of 10 experience and would HIGHLY recommend!!!!

We truly enjoyed our time. The full time staff is very attentive, the food is authentic Costa Rican cooking. We discussed our favorite food, nicely. The house is beautiful and spacious. We had children 5, work and 13. And they loved it. The beach is a hike, but Once there the sand is beautiful and snorkeling good.We all want to go back. We seen whales from the balcony, fed monkeys near the house, lots of wild life

Amazing property, amazing staff. We felt taken care of and pampered the whole time. Carlos and Gina are amazing chefs and all our meals felt like a combination of Michelin star restaurant meals made in the comfort of your own home!

This was an incredible home and location. Stunning home with panoramic views of the ocean and mountains. The hosts were amazing and made sure we were comfortable and well fed as the cooking was fresh and delicious. I would recommend this gem to everyone. Just amazing.

Summer Family Vacation

Beautiful view, very clean, and we were delighted to have all the monkeys to greet us upon our arrival out front thanks to Carlos tray of sliced bananas! Suggest new comfortable tv room furniture to comfortably seat large group instead of pieces of patio furniture.

Absolutely Perfect

Our family, six adults and three children. From the time we arrived until we tearfully left, it was pure heaven. Property is gorgeous, Debbie, Jairo and crew made all our requests a reality from scheduling tours, airport shuttle and numerous other requests. We spent the majority of time relaxing by the pool. Carols, Gina and Tatianna were the absolute best. A few tears were shed when we left

The perfect spring break vacation

We spent a week at this beautiful property mid March 2025 for our kids spring break and it was perfection. We enjoyed each and every day we spent here and we thank the entire team who made it possible (Debbie, Kristal and Jairo, Carlos, Gina and Neyali). We used this as home base and did excursions most days (fishing, zip line, atv, massages at the house, sunset cruise) and reserved the afternoons and evenings for beach, pool and relaxation. This schedule worked out really well for our crew. Our youngest (13) really struggled with the long car rides and curvy roads so we cancelled several excursions that were further away and the team was wonderful about it. The house is amazing, views I can’t explain in words, just pure beauty. My only complaint was the condition of the 2 golf carts that we rented through the hotel. We had to switch them both out several times for a different cart due to them not starting at random places leaving us stranded or the lights not working at night trying to get back up to the house (which was scary) but overall we are happy that we had rented them because the walk to the beach or hotel is far too long without a vehicle. We made it work but the customer service was not the best. Carlos and team were amazing, so warm and friendly and helpful. And their cooking was delicious ! We would 100% stay here again and we are so thankful that we found this beautiful slice of paradise. Thank you for sharing with us!

Carlos Gina and Tatiana went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. They were gracious hosts and had everything ready and waiting for us upon our arrival. Debbie and the concierge team were a huge help in booking our excursions dinner, reservations, and transportation.

what a view!

A beautiful location with a view that went on and on. The staff were fun and the meals were good. Our only problem was trying to locate the home at night in the rain. We needed a more specific map or directions. The street signs were hard to read at night and it would have been helpful to have directions like - "at the circle take the first exit" Go through two additional street security posts. Also - it was really difficult to find the hotel Concierge to get the wrist bands. More specific directions would have helped.The grandkids loved watching the monkeys!

Best vacation experience

This place did not disappoint. Concierge service was great, the view was outstanding, the house was amazing but Carlos, Gina and Nayeli where awesome. This is some of the most amazing people we have met. They seemed like family. Also amazing cooks. We will be returning to bring our grand kids.

A slice of Heaven

There were nine of us and we came to celebrate three retirements and a 70th birthday. This is by far one of the best places we've stayed at. There is absolutely nothing that could have made our stay any better. Working with Debbie, Jairo and Kristal on transportation, tours and golf cart rental helped make our stay stress free. They setup a tour to the adventure park where we rented nine ATV's. We drove over several riverbeds and into the jungle to a couple of waterfalls which we swam in to cool down. Very refreshing. The trip to Manuel Antonio National Park was amazing and full of wildlife. Punta Leona beach club has a beautiful white sandy beach and is a great place to spend the day. The monkeys at the beach were quit entertaining. The best part of our stay was Carlos, Gina and Nayeli. They are the most wonderful, gracious loveable people you'd ever want to meet. The fresh fruit and coffee ready every morning followed up with some amazing lunches and dinners were fantastic. No one in our group spoke Spanish so our son downloaded a translator Ap so that we could better communicate With each other. We had lots of laughs, and they slowly became part of our family as we also became part of theirs. We asked them to eat with us a few times and on one occasion Gina was asked if she wanted to say a prayer before lunch that day as she did. There were a few tears. They put up banners for my 70th BD and made me a pineapple upside down cake. They are awesome people.

Perfecto!

Our family of 10, 6 adults, 4 children ages 6-9, loved our stay at Casa Bella Vista. It was a great place to relax, swim, and enjoy wonderful family meals thanks to the wonderful house staff who accommodated are various needs and excellent cooking. And it was a great springboard to Jaca surfing, catamaran to Tortuga Island, Crocodile Safari, and the Punta Leona Beach Club Playa Blanca and other amenities. We were happy to have our own rental vehicles to spontaneously get from one place to another, especially to get to and from the local beach which would have been quite a downhill and uphill hike. Loved it!

Pura Vida!!!

Incredible! Beautiful house with plenty of room for the whole family! Gorgeous views and balconies from every room. Pool and hot tub are amazing! The best part was having the personal service from the outstanding house staff! Meals were delicious and they saw to our every need with grace! Loved every minute, especially the visits from troops of monkeys, pods of whales and flocks of macaws. It was awesome in every way!

Spectacular

My wife and I, grown sons and spouses (10 of us in total) spent a magical Christmas holiday at Casa Bella Vista. Debbie helped make the arrangements stress free, and Carlos, Gina, & Tatiana were nothing short of awesome. We had family breakfast and dinner at the house every day, and the food was terrific. The ocean views, pool, and sleeping arrangements were fist class. Job well done to the entire Bella Vista team.

Fabulous time in Costa Rica

Our stay was incredible. The property is spectacular. The staff are so friendly and caring. The meals are delicious. We had 4 adult couples and everyone had the best time. We did a couple of excursions (easily arranged by the concierge from the nearby hotel), took a sunset boat ride, visited a couple of the local beaches, and hung out in the pool and hot tub! What a time! What a country! What a property!

Married Couples Getaway

This property was more beautiful in person than online. We all enjoyed the entire experience from the property managers (Debbie, Jairo, and Kristal) making sure that we were fully accommodated from the airport up until we boarded the plane to go back home. The group could not have survived without Carlos, Gina and Nayeli preparing all of our delicious meals. They definitely make this property top tier while making all of us feel like family. Jairo and Kristal setup relaxing massages for all 8 of us at the house. We were so relaxed/refreshed afterwards that we did not leave the property that day. We will be back! This property is definitely a 5 star and your team does not need to change a thing. Thanks Again for all of your help!

Best vacation ever

The whole process of setting up this vacation to the end of the vacation was the best and the communication was on point. Carlos, Gina and their niece were amazing. The food and the service exceeded all expectation. They were so warm and accommodating not to mention the food. The are the best cooks and make you want to take them home with you ❤️.
